This family-friendly home also includes Pack-N-Plays, strollers, and a high chair. Don't forget the complementary beach gear when you head down to the sandy shores. this home includes beach toys, beach chairs and a travel wagon to transport it all.
Designed with beautiful interior detail, this seaside retreat features a coveted open layout with vaulted ceilings and double-height windows offering abundant natural light. Kick back and relax with your favorite TV shows in the living room. A second upstairs living area provides more space for your group to spread out. On the top floor, you’ll find a playroom with a TV, bonus sleeping space, and wet bar. Whip up everything from beach snacks to four-course meals in the well-equipped kitchen - complete with stainless steel appliances, a coffee bar, and a center island with seating for four. Gather for special meals at the adjacent eight-seat dining table.
Choose between five well-appointed bedrooms, with two primary suites, each with their own ensuite bathroom on the main level. Perfect House and Location for our Large Family

Perfect for our large family vacation!

The house was perfect for our family. The layout was able to accommodate separate rooms for each adult family and the top floor was great for the older kids. The location to the beach was the perfect distance to be able to make several trips to the beach daily without having to pack up all the gear each time. We enjoyed it all and would definitely stay again!!

We had a great time. Lost power on our first full day and owner was very quick to respond. Street had an outage but was back on in no time! House had everything we needed. Didn't use the outside tv but was nice to have it there. Had a great stay and would definitely stay again!

Lovely Beach House

Our family had a fantastic time staying at the house. The private beach is very close and a short walk over. House is super cute in an amazing location. The sunset view from the patio is gorgeous. Kids had so much fun with a ton of activities to do!

We had a great time at this beach house! The hosts were easy to talk to and responsive to any questions we may have had. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Perfect Vacation Spot

Had an incredible stay at this gorgeous house. We went on vacation with a large group of friends and family, over a wide range of ages, and it was perfect for everyone. Very short walk to the beach, an incredible patio for relaxing and enjoying the outside, a fenced in area so the kids could all have fun (while being within watching distance), large house to never feel crowded, and a clean beach. Loved getting to see the sunset and sunrise on the porch, and going on walks on the beach. Very responsive owners, and can’t wait to return to this location.

Beach retreat steps away from the gulf

Thank you to hosts Wes and Cindy for sharing your home with us during our annual trip to Bolivar for the 4th of July and family reunion. The house was awesome and in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. The accommodation had many amenities and was spacious and comfortable for our family. The gated access to the deck and the large yard were convenient to keep an eye on the littler ones. Access to the beach through the golf cart/pedestrian pathway was easily accessible and close by. We had a great time, and the week went by way too fast!

Crystal Beach

The location of the property was absolutely perfect for us! The fenced in yard and covered patio was great for the kids to be able to play outside. The house was perfect for our group! The only remotely negative thing we could say was a lack of basic cleaning supplies. We did have to purchase our own. As someone said in an earlier review, there were no dishcloths in the kitchen, but I left the ones there that I purchased, so there is some now! Overall, the property was fantastic and the hosts went above and beyond!

Great place to gather the whole family

Our large family gathered to memorialize my dad who recently passed away. This place was perfect for my mom, my family, and the families of my three brothers. The sleeping arrangements were great for our crew ranging in age from 6 to 72. The owner, Cindy, was fabulous with communication before and during our stay. She answered very promptly, often within the same hour. She was very accommodating and kind. I would bring extra washcloths, hand soaps, and dish soaps if you don’t want to purchase them at the store. There were enough to get by initially, but we needed to get extra, just like most rentals. The location is perfect. Although it’s on the second row, there are great views due to several of the lots in front being vacant. The walk across to the beach is very close, and the neighborhood is quiet. The beach in front of the cabin is not in the crazy part of the beach, so it’s great for children. Would definitely recommend!

So glad you were able to have a special time with your family and there was plenty of space for everyone. Thank you for the information about soaps and washcloths, I will let crew know to leave more. We also enjoy the ample space for our large family and the views and easy access to beach are definitely first row status. The quiet beach is so wonderful for families. Great Extended Family Vacation Spot

This was a spacious place for an extended family trip, with plenty of room to spread out. The upper level play area was great for older kids to play games away from the main living room. The kitchen was very well equipped, even for the large group we had. There was dining seating for all. The property managers were quick to respond to every question and provided valuable local information. We loved the included beach equipment, making our travel load lighter! The walk to the beach was short and not problem for our 71 year olds or our 2 year old!! We loved the rocking chairs on the mail deck that looked out to the ocean and spent a lot of time on the deck at night to catch the moon and stars. The only suggestions to make all perfect would be to: 1) add more toilet paper. After 4-5 days, many of the bathrooms were out of the one roll included per bathroom, luckily we brought some of our own. 2) add sponges or dishcloths to the kitchen (we had to just use a wet paper towel to wipe counters). There were dish towels. 3) carefully check the deck for boards that are not nailed down. We just put a pot over the spot we found where a board deflected on main floor deck.

The beach has always been our family's favorite place to visit. There are many activities nearby with something for everyone. Fishing, dolphin watching excursions, golf, aquarium, water parks and historic tours all nearby. The ferry ride is a fun way to start off the day of adventures. Even if the day does not involve these adventures, the beach is always a relaxing way to enjoy the day.
