This is a spacious, corner unit (1,800 sqft) with a large wraparound balcony opening to a breathtaking, 180-degree ocean view and direct beach access. It is dedicated to luxury and comfort. Automatic shades (push a button and take in the views) and 10' ceilings give you a sensation of open space. Enjoy the heated infinity pool, elevator, lobby, gym, 24x7 gated security and direct beach access.

Each bedroom has a full bathroom.

The building sits directly on the beach. Our building built an ocean breakwater / jetty that protects our beach and makes it very kid friendly.

This is a "new" building that was delivered in 2023 about 1.5 miles (2.4km) north of Bucerias Centro in an absolutely beautiful beachfront location. Baklava is a new restaurant that is directly beside our building (walk from the pool!). Sukha Beach house is less than a 5-minute walk on the beach. We are only ~20 minutes from the airport (depending on traffic), ~15 minutes to Punta Mita, ~10 minutes to Nuevo Vallarta / Vidanta, ~25 minutes to Sayulita and ~5 minutes to the Marina in La Cruz.

There is a small restaurant in the pool area where you can buy beer/wine/cocktails and small plates like nachos and guacamole. It is open every day from Dec through end of January and then on the weekends thereafter.

This beautiful and spacious condo has a spectacular view, large pool, and convenient location. We had everything we needed to cook, relax, and sleep soundly in the very comfortable beds. The host was great to communicate with and answered any questions we had. Will definitely stay again!

Our holiday was perfect ! Our place was very clean and well equipped . It had everything we needed and a beautiful pool and area. We used Uber and that made it very safe for us. Spent some time in Bucerias and went to Le Crux one day. There really is no beach at this location which did not matter to us. For a great meal try Mr. And Mrs. Fish in Bucerias, our favorite !

The apartment was absolutely beautiful, and well appointed, with amazing blinds. Joshua gave us clear instructions and a wonderful ‘travel guide’ of the area. There was even a Nespresso machine! The building is about a half hour walk from town, but there is a bus and the walk was nice, especially on the beach.

First rate experience. Joshua was proactive in being welcoming. He always answered my questions immediately. His condo has outstanding 270 unobstructed coastal sunrise to sunset views. The building is new and everything worked. I was sad to leave but look forward to returning when I make my annual January visit next year. This lodging is special, and top notch!

Always Sunny in Bucerias

Beautiful modern condo on the bay! Very spacious - easily enough room for a family or two couples to enjoy. Great for walking the beach. Restaurants also within a 5 minute walk.

The condo is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the Bay. Everything in the unit was exactly as described in the listing. It is a truly beautiful space with everything you could need. It is a great location - close enough to walk to great dining and an easy bus ride or taxi to so many nearby locations like Sayulita and Punta Mita. The host Josh was wonderful - very responsive and accommodating. We will be back for sure!

Paradise Found

My husband and I just returned from a one week adventure at Josh’s beautiful 4th floor condo. Everything was exactly as described in the posting. Since we chose just to have snacks in the condo, we appreciated being able to order food by the pool as the tide influenced our ability to walk the beach to restaurants. We would definitely stay again!

Breathtaking views!

The views at this property are outstanding. Ocean views from every corner! The kitchen is well equipped, beds slept great, and decor pristine. The building has an amazing infinity pool with direct beach access. The location is very central to anything you want to do. Centro is a mile away and then you’re right in the middle between Puerto Vallarta and Sayulita which makes it easy to do a lot of fun activities. I will be back soon!

Highly Recommended!

This accommodation is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! The condo is incredible and the staff that work in the building are amazing as well. We ran into an issue in the building at no fault of the host but he was so helpful and communicated constantly with updates to assure our stay was good. Josh sent us a list of incredible local businesses such as restaurants and car rentals that they use and we loved every single one of the recommdations. I will 100% book with Josh again.

Return visit? Yes please!

This is a lovely condo. Lots of upscale living space for two couples. The best part was the breathtaking 180 degree panoramic view of Bahia Banderas through outer glass walls from ceiling to floor. We enjoyed sunrises in the morning and city lights reflecting off the water at night. From the balcony we were able to enjoy watching sea turtles come to feed in the inlet just below us. It was quiet and restful! Josh was an amazing host. Quick to respond and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well looked after. We don't often return to the same place twice but I would definitely consider returning to this one.

Great unit!

Had a really nice stay here. It's a clean modern unit with pretty much everything you need (true to photos) and no hassles. We messaged about one minor issue/question and it was resolved swiftly. The beds are really comfy! There is highway and ocean noise in the bedrooms but they supply white noise machines if that works for you. It is car dependent in this area, but Ubers/In Drive was often very cheap (like 3cdn) to Bucerias so as long as you're okay to wait a few mins for a car it's just fine. Walking is doable but on the beachside you will want to plan with the tides and the highway is very busy with no proper shoulder/sidewalk. We were riding every day because we were all over the place. Nice, shorter commute to la Cruz than in Nuevo!We stayed as a family of 3 in the second bedroom and had our friends (a couple with no kids) take the primary bedroom. Everyone was comfortable, we really appreciated the two bathrooms. Thanks for a great stay!

Stunning, Comfortable and Spacious Condo

Our family of seven recently stayed here over Easter Break, and I must say, it exceeded all our expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the stunning and spacious accommodations. The location couldn't have been more ideal, providing us with direct access to both a fantastic pool and a beautiful beach area, all without the hassle of crowds. The condo itself felt like a home away from home, equipped with everything we could need for our 6-day stay. It was very well-maintained and inviting, making our time inside just as enjoyable as our time exploring the surrounding area. What truly stood out to us, apart from the accommodations, was the welcoming staff on-site. Navigating the area became a breeze once we got the hang of the Uber and taxi services, thanks to the helpful guidance provided by Josh, the property owner. His responsiveness and the invaluable travel guide he shared with us enhanced our experience even further. The guide's restaurant recommendations were spot on, leading us to some of the best dining experiences. Baklava and Sukha quickly became our favorites, offering not only excellent food but also outstanding service. Our Easter brunch at Baklava was a highlight, featuring delicious food in a welcoming atmosphere. The combination of a perfect location, a beautiful and well-equipped condo, friendly staff, and a property owner who truly cares about his guests' experiences made this vacation one for the books.

Great stay for our family vacation!

We just finished spending 10 nights at Josh's place, and honestly, it was all we could ask for. The building is fairly new. The place was extremely spacious for our family of 5. Everything we could have needed was provided... The building staff were extremely friendly and great with our kids. The infinity pool was amazing, and we used it daily. Juan is the property manager, and was great... and even more importantly, when we did have a couple of fairly minor issues at the beginning of the stay (the building needed a small plumbing repair, and water was shut off for a short while), Josh was doing everything he could to ensure we were not inconvenienced. Communication was top notch! Location-wise, if you are choosing to walk along the beach, it took us about 45 min with 2 x 9 yr olds and a 3 yr old to get to FatBoys (for reference). At first we were worried we would be too far out from Bucerias, but it honestly wasnt that bad... I'll take a 45 min walk along the Pacific Ocean in Mexico any day...and if we or the kids were tired, we would just take an Uber back to the condo (typically 80-100 MXN). There is a close restaurant (Sukha Beach House) 10 min away from the condo on the beach as well. Loved the place, and in the event that we ever found ourselves in Bucerias again, we would definitely consider staying here!! Thanks for everything Josh!!

The condo was beautiful as shown in the pictures was easy to get into. We stayed 10 day and there was never anyone at the front desk to answer questions.To get a jug of water we were supposed to go to the front security gate most of the time they had no water jugs and said maybe today…we waited 3 days some people were waiting 7 days All though the condo was perfect we wouldn’t stay here againThere is no beach you can walk out front on low tide. The pool is lovely and sunny however the seating area is all shade no sun. You need to taxi everywhere so that was a extra cost

Thanks for your comments. I would have sent my manager to the condo to drop off a jug of water if I knew the security team was out of water jugs. Next time just shoot me a message. As for the beach, we had a storm come through last month and we’re fixing the area directly behind the pool but guests can still walk into the beach from the pool and there is a great stretch of good sand about 200 feet from us.
