No matter the time of year, this two-story condo offers an ideal perch to relax after afternoons outdoors. End your days with a leisurely soak in the complex's hot tub. An EV charger is available at the Northstar Community Service District, a short walk away.

Your exceptionally well-located vacation home lies mere steps from parking. Hop on the complimentary shuttle or stroll through the forest to the Rec Center and Village, where you'll find an array of shopping, dining, and cinema options. The skating rink there is also a fun choice. You'll find no shortage of ways to enjoy nature at Northstar California Resort. In winter, ski or snowboard down premier trails and return to your condo. In the summertime, take the lifts to enjoy spectacular mountain biking, take a scenic hike, or hone your skills at the mountain golf course.

Prepare meals in the high-ceilinged kitchen sporting quartz countertops. With plenty of dishware, cooking equipment, and small appliances, you'll have everything you need and more. Partake in your prepared feasts together under the chandelier. After you eat, settle into the living area and stream a movie on the smart TV.

Enjoy access to the Northstar recreation center amenities, which include tennis courts, basketball courts, a fitness center, a sauna, a hot tub, a seasonal lap pool, and an open grill area next to a beautiful creek surrounded by pine, fir, and aspen trees. (Site rentals include the use of three picnic tables and up to two gas BBQ grills with grilling utensils.) There is a $10 daily fee per person for use of the facilities.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 22 years of age to book. Guests under 22 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
