Bringt die ganze Familie in einem privaten Ferienhaus am Wasser zusammen, das für einen entspannten, erlebnisreichen Aufenthalt zu jeder Jahreszeit konzipiert ist. Kinder können am kleinen Privatstrand spielen, Familien können den Fluss mit den bereitgestellten Kajaks, Kanus und Paddleboards erkunden, und alle können am Lagerfeuer, im Whirlpool oder bei Spielen in der Freizeitgarage neue gemeinsame Momente genießen. Da bereits umfangreiche Baby- und Kinderausstattung vorhanden ist, kannst du weniger einpacken und mehr Zeit damit verbringen, das Ferienhaus zu genießen.



BITTE VOR DER BUCHUNG BEACHTEN: Vor dem Check-in ist ein externes Gästeüberprüfungsverfahren über unser sicheres, von der Plattform zugelassenes Immobilienverwaltungssystem erforderlich. Nach der Buchung erhältst du einen sicheren Link, um die erforderliche Überprüfung abzuschließen, einschließlich Mietvertrag, Ausweis und einer rückerstattbaren Kaution. DAS PARADIES AM WASSER UND IM FREIEN

Du genießt privaten, direkten Zugang zum über 16 km langen, kristallklaren Crowe River, in dem du schwimmen und angeln kannst. Der Fluss ist an dieser Stelle 200 Fuß breit und erweitert sich nur 5 Minuten Paddelweg entfernt auf unglaubliche 800 Fuß Breite (und 35 Fuß Tiefe). Unser einzigartiges, sanft abfallendes Ufer ist unglaublich flach und verfügt über ein sanftes Gefälle – perfekt für einen einfachen Einstieg ins Wasser und sicheres Planschen für die Kinder!



Die Flotte: Gäste können ein 16-Fuß-Kanu, 2 Stand-up-Paddleboards (SUP), 2 Kajaks für Erwachsene und 1 Kinderkajak kostenlos und unbegrenzt nutzen. Es stehen ausreichend Schwimmwesten in allen Größen zur Verfügung, von Kleinkindern bis zu Erwachsenen.



Strand und Anlegestelle am Wasser: Gäste haben Zugang zu einem privaten Sandspielplatz am Flussufer. Aufgrund schwankender Wasserstände im Frühjahr wird der Strand Ende Juni wieder aufgefüllt und ist bis zum Winter nutzbar. Unser saisonaler Steg ist von etwa Mitte Juni bis zum ersten Wochenende im Oktober vollständig installiert. Da es sich um ein natürliches Flussökosystem handelt, können am Ufer gelegentlich Äste oder Zebramuscheln liegen. Wir empfehlen, Wasserschuhe für kleine Füße mitzubringen!



Erstklassiges Angeln: Wirf deine Angel direkt vom Steg oder vom Wasser aus aus! Der Crowe River ist ein Paradies für Angler und wimmelt nur so von Schwarz- und Forellenbarschen, Hechten, Zandern, Gelbbarschen und vielem mehr.



Leben im Freien: Entspannt euch in unserem Whirlpool für 6 Personen unter einer überdachten Pergola, versammelt euch um die Feuerstelle (Brennholz gibt’s gratis!), schaukelt in den traditionellen Hängematten und Liegestuhl-Hängematten oder baut ein Zelt auf für ein lustiges Camping-Erlebnis im Garten. Mit einem sehr begehrten Blackstone-Grill (Propangas wird bereitgestellt) und einem Essbereich im Freien für 8 Personen bist du bestens gerüstet, um das schöne Wetter zu genießen.



Die Spielgarage: Betritt die freistehende Garage (nicht klimatisiert) und entdecke einen Billardtisch, eine Dartscheibe, einen Mini-Tischtennistisch und ein Basketball-Wurfspiel! Außerdem gibt es Badminton, Krocket, Chipping, Boccia und Beanbag-Werfen.

Fantastic Cottage Weekend!

We recently enjoyed a weekend getaway at Crowe River Retreat and had a wonderful time! The communication we received leading up to the weekend helped us to feel well prepared for our stay. The cottage is beautiful and comfortable, with a wide variety of amenities and thoughtful touches that make it feel like a true home away from home. Our family enjoyed morning games of chess in the sunroom, kayaking and swimming in the river, making s’mores over the fire, and playing LOTS of foosball. We can’t recommend Crowe River Retreat enough and will definitely be booking again in future. Thank you to Kristie and Mike for a fantastic experience!

Crowe River Retreat is a beautiful and peaceful getaway in Marmora, Ontario. The waterfront setting is relaxing, the accommodations are comfortable, and the hosts are welcoming and attentive, literally all you need are your clothes and food! Tranquil getaway

Just spent a week here with the family. Such a fun time with so many different activities for our teens to do! The cottage was beautiful and cozy! Everything was at our fingertips! Amazing place to unwind

Kristie was amazing from start to finish. Always available to answer any questions. Cottage is absolutely stunning you really only need to bring food and clothes. They have so many things to do around the property we were never bored. It was exactly what we wanted to unwind and enjoy! Would stay again in a heart beat!

Our family of four (two 12yo) had a great time enjoying the property and the water. The house was well equipped from the kitchen and laundry to games, beds and water sports equipment. The water was clean and warm, and we loved jumping in from the rope swing and tree nearby, and at the public dock, also very close! The basketball court was handy and the kids learned to play chess. This place has it all!

We had such a lovely stay at Crowe River retreat. This place ticks *all* the boxes. Waterfront access with sandy beach (great for toddlers), canoe/kayak/paddeboard, loads of lifejackets, hot tub, fire pit, BBQ, high chair/booster/crib, an incredibly well-equipped kitchen (a real joy to cook in), televisions, board games, foosball, pool table - we can’t think of anything that could be missing from this cottage! Plus Kristie is a gracious host and prompt communicator. We would definitely visit again!

Cozy family getaway

The hostess has thought of everything to help make your stay enjoyable and relaxing. Ton of different activities to keep kids/teens entertained. Getting up early in the morning and sitting on the dock, listening to the loon, geese and other nature sounds was very peaceful and serene! Our first time doing a cottage and it did not disappoint. Wonderful stay with excellent attention to detail!

My family and I spent nearly a week at this property and couldn’t be happier with it. Everything was clean and prepared for our arrival just as requested and advertised. The property had a number of amenities that you normally don’t have (excellent coffee bar and rec rooms for us and the kids!). The lot was also huge giving us loads of room to relax and hang out. Right by the water as well so it was easy access. Overall great stay and we definitely recommend it whole heartedly.

Beautiful home with literally everything you could possibly imagine included. A uniquely spacious property with so many cute and thoughtful gathering spots throughout. A family's delight, from the fully stocked morning zen coffee nook, to the vibrant 8 person dining, river dips and hot-tube soaking…..you will need a week to enjoy everything Kristie has created for you to enjoy an epic summer vacation. Amazing property and cottage!

Myself and four girlfriends spent the weekend and we were so pleased with this spot. The outdoor space is plentiful and clean and well thought out. Inside also had lots of space and had everything you need - including a dishwasher! Kitchen had lots of plates, utensils, etc. coffee bar was a lovely touch! The basement and sunroom allow for space to be stretch out even if it rains. We loved this place - would 100% book again!

10/10 – Hervorragend

Perfect local gem!

So happy with our stay!! The home was SPOTLESS and so well maintained. We absolutely loved the small cottage vibe. The house had everything we needed, we really only needed to bring clothes and food. The smaller details like string lights leading you to the fire pit, the flat top bbq, the welcome guide, coffee station, extra toiletries, and the endless supply of games to play, are what made it extra special. The neighbours were lovely, and even though it was only a 30 minute drive from home, it really felt like a getaway because of how beautiful the property is. Great for kids, so much to explore and do, they were never bored! The owner was wonderful and great with communication. 11/10 will definitely be staying here again :)
