***Home does NOT have a/c but is equipped with central heating for winter months***

*For all stays 10 nights or longer, the cleaning fee will be double the regular amount for a deep clean after guest departure.*
-No Parties: We have a strict "No-party policy". Fine of $500.00 and guests will be asked to depart from the home immediately.
-Please shower before using the hot tub. There will be a $100 fine if hot tub is found dirty.
-No Smoking: Evidence of smoking will carry a fine of $500.00
-$25.00 for not departing the home at the designated time of departure. $35.00 for each additional hour after the first hour.
-Items left at home wanted to be shipped back to owner: Cost of shipping +$50.00 flat fee.
-No FIRES outside of the designated gas fire pit. Fine $200.00 + Cost of cleanup
-Pets: "All-four-on-the-floor". No pets on bedding or furniture.
-This is a pet friendly home with a pet fee. However, our policy is: "All Four on the Floor"
No pets in beds or on furniture. The violation of this policy can result in additional fees for extra cleaning needed for the home
