This updated 5BR house has everything your group needs! Spread out with king beds in every bedroom and 2 full kitchens. NEW queen Murphy bed! Recently finished basement has a huge 86" 4K HDTV with surround sound for an amazing movie or watching sports. Bring the whole group around the Infinity arcade table for game night.
Set in a quiet family suburb of quaint Timnath, CO. One hour access to DIA or Estes Park/Rocky Mountain Nat Park, 15 min to Budweiser Event Ctr, Ft Collins. HOA rules apply. Ring doorbell cam, driveway cam, back porch cam.

Memorial/Family Reunion

We used this beautiful home to gather our family from all over the US for my Mom's memorial and a family reunion. The home was PERFECT with five bedrooms and kings in each room. Plus there were the most comfortable air mattresses provided for our kids ages 8 and 11. The fun thing about this house was having TWO kitchens! My nephew is a professional chef and he put himself in charge of all meals for the 3 nights/days we were there. He used one as the "prep kitchen" and the other as the main serving kitchen. So much fun!!! I would HIGHLY recommend this home and we will definitely use it again! And thank you to Stephanie and Korey for being such wonderful hosts!!

Beautiful Home and Area

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home and neighborhood. We brought our adult children with spouses and grandchildren. The hosts were fabulous. The five bedrooms, lots of bathrooms and 2 kitchens were fabulous for our large group. I would (and have) recommend this home to anybody and everybody. The welcome baskets are such a nice touch.

Perfect house for our stay

Our son graduated from CSU so we had lots of family in town, several who stayed at the house. The house was fantastic and had ALL the amenities and then some to make our weekend extra special. Kory and Stephanie were excellent, highly communicative hosts. We would absolutely stay at this property again!

CSU Grad Trip!

This home was more than we expected! The hosts were quick to respond, the house was well equipped with all the housewares needed for our week with our large family. With both floors of the home full of amenities, we had enough room for all our teens and adult family members! We will definitely recommend to our friends. Best VRBO in Fort Collins area!

More than I ever expected

I booked this rental last year as a Christmas gift so I could take my family to the DCI show at CSU. Who would have ever thought that I would learn to have Throat Cancer. This turned out to be much more than a weekend with my family. On Monday 7/15 I had major surgery to remove the cancer from my throat. We did have a couple more people stop by to wish me luck and I thank you for understanding this. And I'm sorry if you had some noise complaints with the kids and grandkids playing cornhole out back. Please extend my apologies to the neighbors. I hope this will not effect my rating as a renter. The house was beautiful but with a few issues. The knobs on the stove were broke and the grill brush was in bad shape so we left the grill messier than we normally would. All else was perfect. Thank you.

The Best VRBO we have stayed in.

This was a wonderful home to stay in. My husband and I stayed here with our 20,17 and 14 year old. We had plenty of space and my kids enjoyed having king sized beds and plenty of bathrooms. The mattresses were excellent, along with great linens, and all the needed pans and utensils in the kitchen. We really appreciated that pans, utensils and appliances were all great quality. Having coffee filters available was a wonderful touch, and my 17 year old appreciated the K cups. The toiletries in the bathroom is a wonderful added touch, in case you forgot something, along with a gift basket on arrival. Check in and out was very simple and easy. The location is easy to get to from the interstate. We will definitely stay here again, it was hands down the best VRBO experience we have had. The hosts are responsive and easy to connect with if you were to need anything.

Great stay!

We had an amazing stay at the house for Thanksgiving! The house had everything we needed. The two full kitchens were amazing for cooking the dinner. We made almost every meal here for 4 days. Great bedrooms and bathrooms. House is immaculate. The owners were incredibly nice and available. We would stay here again for sure.

Beautiful home

This is a beautiful home with lots of room to spread out. The location is easily accessible from the interstate, just a few minutes drive to shopping and in a quiet neighborhood. It was very clean and well stocked with towels, blankets, gift baskets, pots and pans, coffee maker, high chair, etc. (too much to list). Our family wants to stay here again!

Nothing short of perfect!

Information from from our host was extremely clear. The clever way they came up with the unlock code for the entry doors and garage made access into the home easy to remember. The home is beautiful, fully appointed and by far the cleanest we’ve stayed in. The small touches (welcome basket, various toiletries, laminated instruction sheet with your name on it), stood out to us. The downstairs apartment was perfect for watching some football, playing cards and relaxing with good company. All the beds were comfortable and the rooms stayed a consistent temperature. The outside fire pit was great on a cool night while enjoying some beverages. This is the best Vrbo we have stayed in and we hope it’s available next year. I highly recommend. You will not be disappointed.
