Recently finished basement has a huge 86" 4K HDTV with surround sound for an amazing movie or watching sports. Bring the whole group around the Infinity arcade table for game night.
Set in a quiet family suburb of quaint Timnath, CO. One hour access to DIA or Estes Park/Rocky Mountain Nat Park, 15 min to Budweiser Event Ctr, Ft Collins. HOA rules apply. Ring doorbell cam, driveway cam, back porch cam.

CSU Grad Trip!

This home was more than we expected! The hosts were quick to respond, the house was well equipped with all the housewares needed for our week with our large family. With both floors of the home full of amenities, we had enough room for all our teens and adult family members! We will definitely recommend to our friends. Best VRBO in Fort Collins area!

Beautiful home near Fort Collins

Our stay was top notch from day one. The home presented just as listed. The welcome basket was so cute and the little touches with the toiletries in the bathrooms were great! The location was great, the layout was nice and we had a great time. We would stat here again.

Great stay!

We had an amazing stay at the house for Thanksgiving! The house had everything we needed. The two full kitchens were amazing for cooking the dinner. We made almost every meal here for 4 days. Great bedrooms and bathrooms. House is immaculate. The owners were incredibly nice and available. We would stay here again for sure.

Beautiful home

This is a beautiful home with lots of room to spread out. The location is easily accessible from the interstate, just a few minutes drive to shopping and in a quiet neighborhood. It was very clean and well stocked with towels, blankets, gift baskets, pots and pans, coffee maker, high chair, etc. (too much to list). Our family wants to stay here again!

Above and Beyond!

This home was amazing! Lots of room for our group and very clean!! Nice, quiet neighborhood. Lots of fun playing the Infinity game and watching March Madness games on the 86” tv! Great owners to work with also. I highly recommend this place if you are in the Fort Collins area!

Great for our leadership team!

We came to Ft Collins for a conference and arrived a day early to do some team building and long-range planning. There were great spaces for conversation! Quiet neighborhood with a walking path around a pond nearby. Comfortable beds with lots of amenities. Garage parking was a big plus! Would highly recommend this VRBO!

We have nothing but great things to say about the property and more importantly, the hosts! Everything was smooth and easy. The hosts even took the time to make a goody basket for our daughters that included mini souvenir volleyballs which was the reason for our trip, very cool touch. It felt like a home away from home. Beyond expectations

We were five high school friends coming from five states for our first reunion since covid and all celebrating our 75th birthdays this year. (One friend also brought her daughter and granddaughter.) The home is so roomy and comfortable and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed the outside patio too. Home was located for easy access to Rocky Mountain NP and to Greeley, where we had graduated, and where we enjoyed evening activities. We were completely delighted with this home!
