There is an additional $25.00 per person, per night fee for over 4 guests.) There is ample room for the entire family to enjoy the deck space, firepit and 1.5 acre yard. Prepare family meals in the fully appointed kitchen. Restaurants, shopping and sight seeing are nearby as well as plenty of outdoor activities for everyone to enjoy. Must be able to climb stairs.

When you arrive this cozy cabin, the stunning 2 story window with the Smokey Mountain view will stop you in your tracks. The large living room is the perfect place space to sit back and enjoy the fireplace and view. There is an open floor plan with a large dining table and kitchen area. The family room has comfortable seating, games, smart TV and a day bed for extra sleeping space. Two bedrooms and a full bathroom are on the main level. One bedroom has a twin bed and bunk beds, the other has a queen bed. In the loft, the primary bedroom has a king size bed and an en suite bathroom. You will love the 1.5 acres of land and the large deck space for taking in the view or looking through the telescope to check out the mountain scenery. For the motorcycle enthusiasts there are all paved roads to the property and a paved circular driveway. The Hiwassee Lake is a short drive where you can swim or kayak. The Tennessee Ocoee River Outdoor Center is approximately 20 minutes away where you can raft, kayak, hike and zip line. Blue Ridge, Haysville, Murphy and Andrews are short drive away for family activities, shopping, restaurants and breweries

Check in hours are between 4-10pm, Please use the front or rear door for entry and to access the keypad.
Do not use the railroad tie stairs to the right of the garage as they are not secure.
No access to the basement or the garage.
Small Dogs allowed but must be approved.
This is a non-smoking home. If you do smoke please do so outside and dispose of the cigarette butts responsibly. No illegal substances are allowed on the premises. Please note that any violation of the house rules will result in an additional charge of 300.00

Please strip the beds that were used and leave the linens on the bed.
Please empty all of the trash into the outdoor trash can prior to checking out.
