CLEANING AND BEDDING
Our properties are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized by professional staff before each check-in. Our team of experts prepares all the details before your arrival so you do not have to worry about cleaning or organizing during your stay.
We provide our guests with clean and sanitized linens, bed sheets, and comforters for the day of their arrival. Must ask in advance for any extra change of linens or comforters.

PARTY 🚫🎉
Parties and events are not allowed. “Quiet hours 10:00 PM - 07:00 AM”. We hope to have your cooperation, otherwise, if party evidence is found a $350 fine will be applied.

AC EQUIPMENT / THERMOSTAT 🥶🌡️
The air conditioner should not be set below 72 degrees Fahrenheit. Failure to comply with these terms may cause the system to freeze and become inoperable. In addition, all windows and doors must be kept closed during the rental period. Not following these instructions the AC system can be damaged and it may result in a $250 fine.

GARBAGE COLLECTION 🗑️♻️
The trash should be bagged and placed in the correct bin.The trash bins are located on the right side of the property. IF you happen to be in the property on a Monday, we will ask you to please place both garbage bins in front of our driveway for collection. We hope you understand and cooperate with that.

PETS 🐶🐱
Unfortunately, NO pets are allowed in the property. If animal's evidence is found it will result in a $250 fine for cleaning purposes.

POOL 🏊‍♀️🌤️
The guests ARE NOT ALLOWED to manipulate the pool heater or pump. If you want this service, you must reach out to the host/co-host to turn it on for you. Please know that the pool take 24 hrs to warm up. In addition, do not throw food, drinks, soaps, balloons with LEDs, or any elements that could damage the pool into the pool. If you break this rule, we will investigate the situation with the pool technician and you will be subject to a $150 fine.

SMOKING 🚭
No smoking inside the property. Smoking is allowed outside the property, however, it is important to keep the place clean afterward. The non-compliance of this rule will result in a $250 fine.

CHECK-OUT ⏰🕙
Check-out time is 10:00 AM. An additional 15 minutes may be granted as a grace period upon prior request. You must contact host/co-host ASAP.

CLEANING 🧹🧽
Please rest assured, you do not need to be concerned about the cleaning, we just kindly ask you to please put the dishes in the dishwasher, and take the bagged trash before your departure. Items or furniture damaged will result in a charge to replace it at its estimated value or repair the item, this value is calculated by a third party.

DELIVERY 💼 📦
We are not responsible for any lost items on the property or lost packages.

PARKING 🚘🚗
• There are 4 parking spots in the driveway. Please do not park in the street, otherwise, your vehicle will be towed. Our driveway is big enough to park an RV (MUST ask permission to host)
• NO boat, camper, trailer, big commercial vehicle or equipments, or construction vehicle of any type is allowed in the driveway.
