Spanish villa - pool, spa, fire pit and outdoor kitchen, centrally located in LA

You must be 25 years are older to book a stay and we will require ID of proof of age. We are located on a cul de sac in the quiet residential neighborhood of Ladera Heights. We are in close proximity to all things LA including LAX, beaches, and Sofi LA. We are within 10 to 20 minutes from surrounding cities including Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Venice Beach and Marina del Rey. We especially love to host families as we understand the importance of spending quality time together. With that in mind, we have created an environment to make gathering together special. Although our maximum number of overnight guests is 8, you are welcome to have visitors, but the total number of guests including overnight guests and visitors on the property should never exceed 20. Music at ambient level is also acceptable. We have seasonal rates for pool/spa heating with a two consecutive day minimum requirement. Oct. 1st thru May 31st the rate is $100 and June 1st thru September 30th the rate is $75. We want to ensure that we are a good fit for our guests so we ask a few questions before accepting a booking. We also welcome inquiries before you book as we are always ready to assist in any way we can to ensure you have a great stay!

My now husband and I were amazed when we initially came to see this Vrbo. You can tell Angela really put her all into this house. It’s filled with so much culture and love, it’s one of the most beautiful places I’ve stayed at. My husband and I had an intimate ceremony in the backyard and it turned out to be the most dreamiest ceremony ever, mostly thanks to this beautiful villa! Angela was a dream to work with and was very flexible with us. Great host, incredible home! 10 out of 10!

What a beautiful couple! They wanted to use our home to host an intimate wedding ceremony with a few friends and family and although we are cautious in allowing gatherings in the home, it was difficult to say no to these two. They were so intent on making precious memories in our home that we just had to accept their request. We are so glad our home became a part of what we hope will be a life long journey filled with more happy moments. They left the home in great shape and communication was spot on. Would love the opportunity to host them again.

This is a spectacular home with beautiful furnishings and amenities. I rented it for a weekend stay with friends, as well as a small bridal shower for my daughter. Everyone was impressed. My friends said they felt like they had spent the weekend at a 5 star hotel, and one guest indicated she was going to look into renting it herself.The host was so responsive and accommodating, it was a pleasure to communicate with her.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was absolutely beautiful and hostess was Great!! I would stay there again!

Hi Rhonda, Thanks for the great review. Your family was a pleasure to host. You left the house in impeccable shape and any host would be appreciative of that. Your stay was a bit unusual as you never contacting us once, not even with a question. I cannot recall that happening before with any previous guests. I started to wonder if you were even there at all! Any way we would love the opportunity to host you again in the future so plz call us before booking so we can extend a special rate to show our appreciation. Pls be safe and stay well. Beautiful property. Host was super!! Very easy to reach and responsive. House was gorgeous. Few minor updates would make it an overall 5 star…. Two bathrooms with high tubs would benefit from grab bars and tp holders need to be tightened up in primary bathroom. Lived the property, just few tips to make it even better.

It was a pleasure hosting Cynthia’s group. We are always appreciative of recommendations that enhance our guests experience in our home. We will definitely add grab bars to make it easier to access the two tubs mentioned.

I was beyond impress with the house. This house clearly was a home and felt warm and welcoming. So many little details throughout with the decore, shampoo/bathroom supplies to the well stocked kitchen. The outside was truely an oasis and an extension of the house.

Really fun family to host. They were communicative and followed all the house rules. They next the home in great shape. We would love the opportunity to host Michelle and her family again.
