When you walk through the front door, you'll immediately enter into our main living room, which is perfectly lit by our huge, floor-to-ceiling windows. Here, you'll see tons of seating including a red leather couch, three lounge chairs and a two-top table with a built-in chess/checkers board. You'll also have access to our stunning stone fireplace - filled with candles instead of wood - and 60-inch Samsung Smart TV with Amazon Firestick. From here, you'll also have access to our upper deck.



Walk through the living room and you'll find our dining room and kitchen area. To the left, you'll see our six-top dining table as well as a two-top bar area. To the right, you'll see three leather barstools overlooking the kitchen, which is fully stocked with everything you need to cook your favorite meals.



Head downstairs to access our second living room. Here, you'll find a large sectional, two lounge chairs, a 65-inch Roku TV, a desk area, a bar cart, a karaoke machine, an arcade game console and lots of boardgames! This is our favorite place to unwind after a long day out and about in NWA.



When it's time to turn in for the night, choose from one of our seven luxury beds:

(1) Our Primary bedroom is complete with a King-size bed, closet, dresser, Roku TV and en suite bathroom.

(2) Our second bedroom features a Queen-size bed, closet, door to upper patio and nearby bath.

(3-4) Our third bedroom has a Twin-size bunkbed, closet, door to upper patio and nearby bath.

(5-6) Our fourth bedroom has a Queen-size bed, Twin-size foldout sofa bed, closet, Roku TV and nearby bath. You will also find a Pack and Play in the closet.

(7) Our fifth bedroom has a Queen-size bed, dresser and nearby bath. Here, you'll also find our washer and dryer.



Head outside to enjoy our outdoor living areas! Walk down to the pool (scheduled to open by April 13, 2026) and hang out spot complete with lounge chairs and a dart board. On the upper patio, you'll find plenty of seating overlooking the front and side yards. On the lower deck by the garage, you'll find a gas grill and fire pit. This is the perfect place to enjoy that fresh Arkansas air! If you are visiting to hit the mountain bike trails, our garage space has plenty of storage, bike tools, and a smart TV to make it another perfect hang-out space.



Guest Access:

Guest Access & Amenities:

Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. There are four exterior cameras for the safety of the property. They are located at the front door, back door, garage door, and patio door.

Other Things to Note:

★ County‑wide burn bans may be in effect during your stay, which could limit use of the fire pit. For more details on burn bans, visit the Arkansas Department of Agriculture - Forestry Division website.



House Rules that are strictly enforced:

- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.

- No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with us, the host, and our event fee has been paid. If an un-approved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000.

- This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.

- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.

- This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.

- Refunds for unused services such as pet fees, event fees, early check‑in, and late check‑out fees, are subject to the same cancellation policy that applies.

- There is a QR code located on or near the refrigerator. It provides helpful information about your stay, including house rules, Wi‑Fi details, amenity instructions, important phone numbers, and answers to common questions.
