The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. Located on 7 acres, this home is close to it all. Features include a huge pool, 2 hot tubs, basketball court, large fenced in property with 6 hole disc golf course, 2 sets of baggo, big outdoor grill, pool bar, shuffle board and 2 living room areas. Most well-appointed home we have stayed in!

We have stayed in many properties over the years and I have to say that Persimmon Manor is by far the most thoughtful and well-appointed home in which we have had the pleasure of staying. From the pictures of the history and renovations of the home to the well-labeled kitchen, lighting, heating/air and storage areas, the functionality of all kitchen appliances and even well-stocked pool toys and floats, toys available in the garage for the kids, basketballs and frisbee golf discs offered and right down to the box of tissues in every bedroom. We were so impressed with everything! Justin reached out during our stay to make sure we were well and we will definitely be returning! Thank you Justin for sharing your beautiful home and for doing it such style and grace.

Great Arkansas House

As Advertised and even better!!!The house has everything for a family get away. Plenty of towels, pillows, blankets. Very easy check in process. Plenty of seating. We had four family’s stay here for a baseball tournament and I highly recommend this house!

Wonderful home

We had a group of family and friends visiting kids for Uark family weekend and this home was a perfect home base. We cooked meals to stay away from packed restaurants. Hung out before and after campus activities. Lots to do and very comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

Great for families

Nice home, good for a family get together! The pool was great for the 7 year old (beginner swimmer) as it was shallow around the edges and deep in the middle. Lots of family spaces and room to spread out in. And lots of activities to do just on the property (ping pong, shuffle board table, basketball, Frisbee golf).

Everything you need for a large group.

This listing was very affordable for the amenities that were included. It’s spacious, but also has many places to come together as group. The property is very clean and the owners are extremely nice. I would book here again without question.

Just Perfect

A perfect place for 10 moms to come together for mothers weekend. Plenty of space to feel cozy, but not crowded. Grateful for this rental to spend time getting to know other mothers better and hosting the girls for a dinner. Justin was easy to get ahold of and talk with. Thank you!

This property is amazing. Anyone looking for a special place for family and friends to meet in NW Arkansas needs to consider this property. Everything is well marked and stocked in this house. Family Wedding

Justin was an amazing Host! This house was amazing and had everything you could possibly want or need. 4 bedrooms upstairs and 2 downstairs and a gigantic pool area where we spent most of our time. This place was huge (not to mention the master bathroom was gigantic) and accommodated all of our family members and guests. Grilled out by the pool everyday. I have been to many VRBO's and this one was by far the most outstanding place and the memories we created were priceless! So much fun and plenty to do right at the house. We played basketball, Frisbee golf, swam in the pool, hit the hot tubs and sat by the fire at night reminiscing with family and friends. It was totally amazing and planning on coming back next year to do it all over again......next time I will know not to pack my whole kitchen because Justin has everything you can think of furnished for you WOW! It was so much fun!!! Thank you so much Justin!!!!

My wife and I are both educators in Northwest Arkansas and have 3 kids - 19, 16 and 5. We have worked very hard to make this property something really special. Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

The moment we walked onto the grounds we knew this place was special. It was built in 1958 by a home builder for he, his wife and their growing family. Every touch in the home was well thought out and the grounds, pool and surrounding land are so beautiful. There are owls and deer who frequently stop by. We updated much of the home, but still wanted to keep the charm in tact (minus the pink wall paper of course).
