Sadly, this is most poorly maintained home that I have ever rented. I saw some of the reviews about cleanliness, so I contacted the owner prior to booking to confirm that these issues had been resolved, and he assured me that they had. It’s not that it’s not “clean”, it’s just that it’s in such poor condition, both inside and out, that no amount of cleaning can cover that up. BOTH the front and back double doors do not properly latch and if someone wanted to, they could fairly easily be pushed open even when locked. Numerous lights were either out, or simply didn’t have a bulb, including the outside light over the front door, which made checkin at night more challenging. There’s clearly been water damage at some point to the floors, door bases, and baseboards (as well as bathroom cabinets), which are crumbling, bubbled and congealed. The paved back yard is a sad sight of broken chairs and overgrown weeds, not fit for humans or dogs. Lastly, the downstairs shower had 2 heads, neither of which worked (how the cleaners were able to clean the shower without noticing that the heads didn’t work, is beyond me…). This house is littered with pithy, homey quotes about family and home, but nothing about this place is happy, and I’m guessing most of those HomeGoods decor pieces are hiding holes in the walls. If you’re planning a fraternity weekend and need to put up some kids that are used to staying in hostels, then this is your dream home.

AI run property apparently

Property was great, very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. But good luck trying to get ahold of the property owner. It appears to be an AI-operated listing. We tried to extend our stay due to changes in flights, and when I asked about extending I got a canned response about check-out. I followed up with the same question and got no response. So as long as your travel plans don't change, this would be a good option for you

What we needed

Ori was a great host and was easy to communicate with!! We were very grateful that we were allowed early check in, and Ori was very accommodating. It is a beautiful home, but could use a little maintenance. It was also a little strange that none of the bedrooms had ceiling lights; however all the rooms did have lamps. The inside of the house appears clean with the exception of some areas that need some serious dusting, and a little better sweeping as we did find an earring on the floor downstairs. The backyard does need some attention as we found broken glass on the patio area, overgrown weeds, and dog feces along the walls and turf areas, and we did not have a dog. Overall, it was a good property, close to where we needed to be, and Ori was a great host, so thank you!!

Ori was attending as needed when called but com by vrbo was terrible

Large 5 bedrm home with pool table and 3 car garage . Quite neighborhood and distance from downtown and all we had planned was centralized. The house needs more attention to its cleanliness as dust , dirt and dirty coffee maker, utensils and drawers for utensils dirty also. Air upstairs didn’t work fortunately it was not needed. Stained towels not appealing even if clean Good deal overall

Nice house

Bad- I think Ori needs a new housekeeper. A lot was not clean( Had to wash Refrigerator drawers before we could put anything in it, had to sweep off back patio, dishes outside.) The worst one was when I used the dryer and checked the lint trap…Good Lord! I have never seen so much lint! Caked into the trap. I cleaned it, ran the dryer for another 5 min..and it was almost as bad as first time! Inside house AMAZING! Loved it, plenty of room!! Pool table is fun, just wonderful!!! Fantastic location! All TVs worked which was nice. To be fair, I didn’t bring up the cleaning issues to Ori, I just dealt with it. They were minor enough. I would stay again.

Poorly maintained home

We have stayed in many VRBO's, this one was quite disappointing. There were no general directions provided beyond how to access the house and where to park. This house is not well maintained. The exterior was in rough shape, there were broken chairs on the patio, the grill did not have gas so someone must have used charcoal during a previous stay... there were very few dishes and silverware. There was minimal toilet paper and a lack of general cleaning supplies. One of the beds was made with dirty sheets. Lights did not work in some of the rooms. Property manager could not answer questions about how the TV's work. We were sad because Las Vegas is known for stellar hospitality and this house was seriously lacking.
