We loved the property! It was super accessible to the boardwalk and activities yet surprisingly private. It was new, clean and spacious and as decribed. The host was great and immediately responsive and had everything all set for our stay, would definitely stay there again.

Will stay here again!

You can’t beat this location. So close to the beach and boardwalk yet surprisingly quiet inside the unit. Beds were comfortable and Jim was very responsive. We are definitely going to come back!

Clean and close to beach

Place was clean and close to beach and boardwalk. Owner was friendly and easy to get a hold of. Only downfall was the club across the street played loud music past midnight. This is not the owners fault but be aware and bring a sound machine or earplugs.

Fun Family getaway.

House was nice and clean, and roomy. Host was very responsive. Only thing I could think that would make it better is, extra garbage bags, and maybe just list hand soap included. No shampoo, dish soap, or laundry soap. Would come back for sure!

Beautiful condo. Very clean & updated. Lots of closet & dresser space in each bedroom.. location perfect across from the beach & entertainment. However we stayed on 2nd floor & top floor was very loud every nite. Definitely recommend ear plugs to sleep . All in all we had a great time

Weekend gem

New 3 bedroom condo with a washer dryer right at the foot of the boardwalk. Jim was amazing and answered all the questions we had. The kitchen is well appointed and the 2 bathrooms are great. It’s very lively in the evening - across the street from the Beachcomber dance club/bar. It was our first time in Seaside Heights and we will definitely be back!

Can’t beat the location

I’ve always wanted to stay at these apartments because it is so close to all the places I hang out. I am a seaside local and regular. Location right across from beachcomber (best bar & pizza on the boards). They are open till 2am blasting music so wouldn’t suggest staying here if that is something that might bother you. We loved it! The 3 bedrooms were spacious. 1 bathroom is in a bedroom. Our AC worked amazing, place was ice cold. Love the balcony as well. 2 Beach passes given but they are only for Funtown beach and cannot be used if you want to stay on the normal seaside heights beach. Price for rental was good as well. No major issues. Hope to stay again!Note to renters: Bring laundry detergent if plans to use the washer. Suggest extra TP and trash bags.

James’ Shore Block

James was always there when you neeed him. The place was clean, spacious and cozy. An upstairs tenant was obnoxiously loud throwing a party on the penthouse unit but James handled the situation. I wish the bathrooms had trash cans and shampoo/conditioner/bar of soap but we managed. Many eating spots right across the street from the unit. Will definitely rent from James again.

The condo was clean and as described but the people upstairs were up at 6am and constantly moving fkurnitlkure and running around also, you are right next to the Beachcomber and the music was very loud. Loved the condo but wouldn't go back to loud.

The owner was rude and not considerate I had to keep dealing with him due to neighbors and was wrongfully accused of many things just not right I want a refund

We are sorry you feel that way, as we tried our best to accommodate you and your group of young aged adults, despite you violating our listing specifically stating No Parties, and renters must be above the age of 25. Nor did we ask you to leave when there were several complaints of excess noise, to the point where we had come to the unit in person. We even helped you further when you requested extra time in the unit after you were supposed to check out and the cleaning crew was already on the premises. We must also mention that we did not hold you liable for the door handle that you broke trying to access the unit intoxicated at 2 am, upon which I received a phone call at such time. Landlords Beware of this renter! Not worth It!

Something short of luxurious

I had higher expectations based on the description of the property. First, I have stayed at a lot of beach properties….so my comments are made understanding a beach property. Mine is issue with description as a luxury unit. My comments are made by: Walmart bedding in master,toilet paper dispenser missing, electric plates missing. Boxspring missing so poor bed support, no mini toiletries for a 2 day rental, open bag of chips from prior tenant left in cabinet, bath and beach towels thin-old or cheap quality. Very disappointed.Noise from bar across the street was so loud, no one slept. Bar is open 7 days a week so bring earplugs it was awful and really ruined trip with noise and yelling until 2 am. 1 car parking, free parking 4-5 blocks away for other car. There was a nice WiFi sign..however sign was not correct. Owner was responsive to correct.So overall,a disappointed.
