Fremont Beach House Unit #2
• Newly Renovated 3-bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment.
• This is an upstairs unit of a 2-family home. There will be 1 other apartment located in the home below this unit. You have completely separate living space from the other unit and your own private entrance. The only shared space with other unit in the home is outside- the grill, the yard and the outdoor shower (for rinsing sand off when you come off of the beach)
• Guest must climb steps to access the unit
• Sleeps 6 people. Each bedroom has a closet with hangers to hang your clothes. Iron and ironing board in closet.
Bedroom 1 – twin over full bunkbed

Bedroom 3- queen bed
Living room- queen sofa bed
• The living room has a couch with an end table and a coffee table. Relax on the couch and watch all your favorite shows on a 50” Smart TV (login with your own streaming account).
• All towels and linens included. Extra pillows and blankets.
• Full bath with beautiful, tiled shower with full glass doors. Quartz top vanity.
• 1 reserved parking spot in our driveway + 1 parking pass provided for street parking. The pass is good to park at any metered spots (spots with numbers on them) throughout the town except for handicapped spots, reserved spots, purple heart spots, Ocean Terrace, street ends off ocean Terrace and the townships paid public parking lots. 1) Do not park in our neighbors driveway.
2) Do not park in the empty lot next to our home. You could end up getting your car towed.
• Central Air conditioning and heat for year-round comfort
• Flat Screen Smart TVs in every bedroom and the living room. Login to your own streaming account.
• All bedrooms and dedicated workspace have outlets equipped with c-port and usb ports.
• The Kichen has a dining table for 2 people and a kitchen counter island that seats 4 people. The Kitchen Island serves as a dedicated workspace. There is also an outdoor dining table for 4 people.
• Free fast Wi-Fi
• Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, Hand soap in unit for your use
• Started supply of toilet paper (2 rolls) and paper towel (1 roll), dish soap, dish detergent pods (small pack)
• Hair dryer (in the bathroom) and makeup mirror (in one of the bedroom closets) in unit
• 6 beach badges, 6 beach chairs 6 beach towels and beach wagon
• Fully equipped kitchen with quartz countertops and all new stainless-steel appliances (dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave), plates, bowls, cookware, utensils, cups, coffee mugs, wine glasses, toaster, blender etc. Spices for cooking. Shared Spaces With Other Unit In The Home
• Shared outdoor grill located in backyard. Grill utensil kit located on top of refrigerator in kitchen. Please clean grill after each use.
• Shared Outdoor Shower (for rinsing sand off then you come off the beach) located at rear of property. The outdoor shower will not be on during the colder months. The shower is not enclosed.
•. Shared backyard with other unit in the home. Relax in our yard around fire pit and Adirondack chairs and the hammock. There are 2 separate spaces for each unit. Corn hole boards will be set up during the summer months. If you want to play during the winter months, you can find them in the storage box (under stairs) in our yard. Bean bags will be located inside the unit on top of the refrigerator.
• Must be a minimum age of 27 to rent
• No large gatherings, parties, proms or graduations. Not a party house
• Only guests on reservation are allowed on the property
• No smoking

1) Check-in time is at 4pm. Check out time is at 10am (you will be charged a $150.00 late fee if not checked out at this time) Our maids must come in and clean. We expect our guests to treat our home as if it were their own by leaving it in the same conditions as you found it.
2) Must be 27 years of age to book. By booking under your name, you assume responsibility for all guests on property during the reservation period. No parents booking for their kids/parents must stay on-site at all times. Booking guest must stay for the entire duration of the reservation.
3) No unsupervised children under the age of 18 at any time.
4) Maximum occupancy for this unit is strictly enforced. No additional guests allowed on the property at any time.
5) No pets allowed. An extra cleaning fee of $750.00 will be charged if pet enters property.
6) No smoking inside or outside property. A fee of $500.00 will be charged if we detect smoking has occurred anywhere in the house or cigarette butts on property.
7) We are not responsible for any damage to your vehicles or personal belongings.
8) Be mindful of making noise in the home at all hours due to the fact this is a 2-family house and some guests may have small children. No loud noises outside past 10 pm as per town ordinance. Please be courteous to our neighbors.
9) This home is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur when on the premises. The homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressively assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises others whom they invite to use the premises.
10) Tampering/cutting power from the outdoor cameras is strictly prohibited. They are there for your safety and to safeguard our property.
11) We require all guests booking reservation to have all positive reviews and no negative reviews. Guests must have an established profile with an average rating of 5 stars.
12) No adding, removing or rearranging of furniture/appliances inside or outside of property.
13) We do not permit towels, linens, or blankets to be removed from the home. Beach towels, beach badges and beach chairs are meant to be used on the beach and returned home. A fee of $100 per beach badge will be charged if they are not returned. A fee of $50 per beach chair will be charged if they are not returned.
14) Do not mail or order packages or letters to this address.
15) We take great care in maintaining our property and conduct routine maintenance during off-season and guest rotations. At times, we may require access to the premises. If such maintenance is necessary during your stay, we will inform you in advance to ensure minimal inconvenience.
16) No large gatherings or parties. No Proms. No Graduations. Any excessive loud noises/parties will invoke early termination of lease and forfeiture of complete rental amount.
17) No subleasing.
18) Please keep windows closed if A/C is on.
19) No underage drinking.
20) No large gatherings inside or outside the house. No Proms. No graduations. Not a party house.
21) Do not have mail or packages delivered to this address.
22) ID may be required at booking or at the time of check in for age verification. A lease may be required to sign.
