🏖️🎾 LAKE ACCESS & EXCLUSIVE AMENITIES: Exclusive access to Wolf (Towamensing)Lake, granting you with the following amenities:
• beautiful lake beach access and lake swimming
• tennis court
• pickleball court
• basketball court
• volleyball court
• boat rentals: 1 and 2 person kayak or pedal boats for rent. It`s $20 (cash) per hour, $10 each additional half
hour. Minimum age to rent is 18. And they need an ID along with a wristband.
• Hours: Lake and lake beach are open Memorial Day through Labor Day, weather permitting (weekends only until Father`s Day weekend)

✨USE OF AMENITIES
There is also a community form that needs to be filled out in order to receive your 8 wristbands and trash compactor pass, guest are responsible to fill this form out and read entire messages that are sent out via this platform. failure to not fill out form and not get your amenity passes we are not liable for.

Day Pass Program (for amenity usage above the standard 8 wrist bands supplied):

Guest access
Full access to the entire home
**Must be at least 25 to book** Primary Guest must provide a copy of a government-issued ID within 48 hours of booking to secure reservation. The booking party must be age 25+ and must be present at the home for the duration of the stay. No one under the age of 25 will be permitted on the property without their parent or legal guardian unless previously agreed upon in writing. Violation is grounds for removal from the property without a refund.

• Early Check-in / Late Check-Out Policy:
Standard check-in 3pm & check-out 11am.
Early or late check-outs are subject to availability and additional charges. We are happy to accommodate our renters just please reach out to us for availability. Early check-in is $100/hour. Early check-ins can only be requested / approved after 5pm the day before check-in. Late check-out between 11-1pm is $100/hour. Any check-out after 1pm would be charged 50% of one night rate.
We suggest you book an additional day if you feel you need additional time in the home to ensure availability.
