Welcome to Miss B Haven! A coastal inspired Farmhouse located in Seabrook’s charming Farm District neighborhood. Built to remind you of vacations with your family as a child, and carry on the tradition. With blissful woodland and pasture views, you won’t find a more peaceful setting. Miss B Haven is centrally located on the Orchard Walk Park and just a few steps away from the Windgate Barn, future Heather Inn, Horseshoe Park and fire pit, Alderwood playground, off-leash dog park, Narnia trailhead, and short walk or bike ride to the beach and town center.

This adorable cottage has been professionally furnished and decorated by Seabrook’s very own SeaWorthy Home with incredible attention to detail and style to make you feel right at home during your stay. Our cottage has been thoughtfully designed for families and friends to gather and retreat. An open concept first floor offers a relaxed environment to host game nights, dinner parties, wine tastings, or just hanging out by the gas fireplace. A large mud room off the kitchen is the perfect answer to sandy kids, adults, and dogs arriving home after a day at the beach. The second floor has soaring, vaulted ceilings in the three bedrooms and two bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 6 people. Outside you will find an inviting front porch with rocking chairs to take in the morning sounds of chirping birds while sipping coffee or head to the hot tub out back for an evening soak under the stars.

Home Interior
An inviting living room with comfortable furniture is arranged perfectly for relaxing around the cozy gas fireplace or enjoying movie night on the large flat screen TV. For those of you who appreciate cooking, we supply a well-stocked Cook’s kitchen with high-end cookware and tools. You will be more than delighted to make your gourmet meals here. After a long day, enjoy a lovely, peaceful retreat upstairs in any of the three beautifully appointed guest bedrooms. Each is furnished with high-end plush, firm mattresses, luxury down alternative pillows and duvets and are ready for you to sink into a deep night sleep after a long day of making lasting memories.

Miss B Haven is stocked for kids of all ages to enjoy, including those of us who still consider themselves a kid-at-heart. You will find a variety of board games, cards, puzzles, books, DVDs, coloring books, art supplies, toys, and a resident Xbox One to keep everyone entertained. And don’t forget to check out the storage shed where you will find scooters, skateboards, balls, tennis and pickle ball racquets, Wiffleball bats, badminton set, frisbee, kites, beach toys, and Electra cruiser bikes. This cottage is just a few minutes away from several kid friendly amenities at Seabrook including Alderwood playground with zipline, basketball courts, tennis and pickle ball court, and the heated indoor pool and hot tub.

Here at Miss B Haven, we believe your four-legged friends deserve a comfy place to retreat just as much as you do! Which is why we provide a large dog bed, elevated dog feeding bowls, waterproof mat, wooden baby gate, fully fenced backyard, and made sure to be conveniently located down the street from the off-leash dog park - Woof!
