Nestled on a quiet cul-de-sac in Seabrook’s Mill District, The Goldfinch is the perfect retreat for families, couples, or friends looking to reconnect. The home comfortably sleeps 4 and offers a cozy, forested setting just steps from the famous Gnome Trail and a short stroll to the beach.

- Mill Park and the “Old Cedar Stump” are just around the corner from the home.

Outdoor Space
Enjoy your morning coffee on the large, covered back deck overlooking a preserved cedar forest, complete with Adirondack chairs and a picnic table. The terrace offers a BBQ grill, propane fire table, and additional seating.

Kitchen & Dining
The kitchen is fully stocked for everything to serve up a home cooked meal, with plenty of serving dishes and cookware. Gather around the dining table for meals or board games after a day at the beach.

Living Room
Relax on the large sofa, curl up with a good book by the fireplace, or watch a movie on a 43” Roku TV for your streaming services along with a DVD player. There is an assortment of DVD’s for viewing.

Sleeping Arrangements
Primary Bedroom (Upstairs): Queen bed, large windows with forest views, walk-in closet, and a 33” Roku TV w/ DVD player.
Twin Room (Upstairs): Two dark grey iron twin beds with pillowtop mattresses perfect for both adults and kids. A closet holds a basket of toys, games, pac-n-play, & booster seat.

Bathrooms
The home has a full bathroom upstairs, including a shower with a detachable shower head. The half bath is located downstairs next to the kitchen. These are fully stocked with soap, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, and towels.

Pet Friendly
Dogs are family too! The Goldfinch is happy to welcome your pups.

Beach, Play, & Fun
Beach toys, chairs, a football, basketball, pickleball paddles and balls are all provided for you. Additionally s’mores sticks are available for the propane fire table.

Laundry
The home has a full sized washer and dryer for use during your stay.

Parking
Off-street parking available for 2 vehicles.
