Stay in one of the best locations in Seabrook! Bluebell is a charming cottage located in a secluded, serene, and peaceful lane with the back of the house overlooking wooded greenbelt. Only 2 minutes walk to all the retail, shops and restaurants Seabrook has to offer. The house is located next to the Town Hall, just a short stroll from the beach and the indoor pool with hot tub. The neighborhood has a covered community gazebo with fireplace, tables, and chairs, which is a great gathering spot for roasting marshmallows.

The house:
Bluebell Cottage is a two-story home with 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths that sleeps 7 in three queen beds and a twin loft bed. For outdoor entertainment there is a Weber gas grill, picnic table, and chiminea fireplace. A hot and cold faucet is available for sandy feet and paws. Beach toys are in storage area under the house. Enjoy the covered patio and porch that faces west for the maximum amount of sun. In the early evening, you can relax with your favorite beverage and listen to the ocean, watch the eagles, magnificent sunsets or maybe an incoming storm.

Floor plan:
The main floor is open and airy with a vaulted ceiling and west facing windows providing natural light into the kitchen, living and dining rooms.

The kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of storage and all-new stainless appliances. Just bring your groceries and you are all set!
The dining banquette has a live-edge table that seats up to 8 people. The living room is equipped with a cozy gas fireplace, Apple TV, cable TV, DVD and WiFi Internet. The living room leads out to the covered porch overlooking the greenbelt, where sometimes you can spot grazing deer or an eagle flying by.

The cottage includes a primary bedroom and bath on the main floor and two bedrooms on the lower level. This layout is great for a three-generation family stay. Grandparents have the luxury of the primary bedroom and bath on the main floor with parents and kids sharing the lower level with 2 bedrooms and full bath. With 3 queen beds in separate bedrooms, this floor plan also works well for three couples vacationing together but having their own private space at the end of the day. Bedroom 2 has a twin over queen loft bed and cable TV. There are board games, books, cards and puzzles for entertainment.

Bedroom 3, furnished with a comfortable queen bed and cable TV leads out to a covered patio and walking path, making it convenient for your 4 legged friend to explore the outdoors. A tether is outside to let pooch explore alone or if you prefer, a fenced front yard to corral your critter.

All the dog supplies, full-size dog crate soft beds, bowls, beach towels and dog sheets are available in the lower level closet. Washer, dryer and ironing board are also located on lower level.

Extras:
The house has staircase gates available, for little children or dogs. A pack 'n' play is also provided.
