The main floor also features a beautiful, bright sunroom with a daybed and cozy chair for relaxing in the warmth of the sun.
The primary bedroom suite on the main floor features a pillow-top mattress and comfortable upholstered headboard, and an adjacent full bathroom. The blue tones of this room create the perfect calm for relaxing with a book or being lulled into a sound sleep.
Upstairs features a separate media room with a cozy sofa and another 48â flat panel smart TV for the kids⊠and two more bedrooms and bathrooms!
The upstairs bedroom suite also has a pillow-top mattress, plenty of drawers for storage and a private full bath. The third bedroom has a custom-built bunk bed with built-in drawers for storage; both beds feature pillow-top mattresses with an extra long double bed on the bottom and extra long twin on top. Kids and adults alike will love spending time in this whimsical kite-themed bedroom. The third bathroom is equally whimsical with fun orange striped walls!
The front porch is covered and has 4 comfy rocking chairs perfect for watching the world go by⊠visiting with neighbors or the many people walking their dogs or riding their bikes. Itâs a great place for morning coffee or evening cocktails.
The back fully-fenced patio features Adirondack chairs perfect for basking in the warm sun and listening to echoing sounds of the gentle crashing of the waves on the beach. Thereâs also a wood burning fire pit for staying toasty warm on chilly nights and for roasting marshmallows! The gas grill is also out back.
