Welcome to SOMA - South of Market. Just a five minute walk from downtown you can take in the picturesque filtered ocean views through Elk Creek, sip coffee from the hot tub with an ocean view or bask in the sun on the two spacious 300 square foot decks.


Come inside our coastal modern home and cozy up next to the gas fireplace or enjoy movie night in the media room with our surround sound sonos speakers.


For sleeping arrangements take your pick between a main floor primary master or lower level king on suite bedroom. You will also find two additional lower level bedrooms, one queen and a bunk room with 4 extra-long twins. Our main floor primary bedroom also has a travel crib and highchair to make even our smallest guests feel at home.


Furry, four-legged guests get to enjoy the freedom of our fully fenced in front yard for all of their romping pleasure. Inside they will be greeted by bowls in the mudroom, a communal bin of toys, shampoo for our hot & cold hose bib and treats to make their stay a tail wagging good time! Maximum of 2 dogs allowed, the pet fee of $60 covers the first dog. If you have a second dog a request will be sent one week prior to your stay for the second $60. We prefer no pets on furniture; however, the provided pet sheet must be used to cover furniture if your dog sits with you.


The kitchen is stocked with top of the line knives, pots and pans, kitchens tools and spices for a gourmet meal while still being a part of the action with the spacious open floor plan.
