This four bedroom and 3 bathroom home sleeps 10 and features two primary suites, a bunk room, a room with a private deck and a spacious recreational room. This home sits adjacent to the woods, at the edge of the Mill District.
LegaSea is one of few properties that are situated at the head of the Gnome Trail, which leads you along Elk Creek, through the woods and to the beach in under 10 minutes. Young and old, let your imagination run wild as you build your own gnome village or step inside the Old Stump just outside your door!

From the second floor of this three-level home, enter into the oversized mudroom with plenty of space for jackets, shoes and boots of all sizes. Conveniently located within the mudroom are a stacking washer and dryer. From the mudroom, enter into a spacious kitchen, dining and living room with a large custom dining table that will accommodate up to 10 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for a family meal including a double oven, or cook-out on the grill, located on the deck, just off the main living area. Cozy up by the gas fireplace and watch a movie on one of five smart TV's with cable and Blu-ray players located throughout the home or bring your favorite tunes and enjoy them on the Bluetooth sound system. This house has Ethernet and WIFI throughout, so that connection to the internet is easy and reliable. This floor has one of two master suites, the Seagrass Room, with a king size bed, cable TV with DVD player and a full Jack and Jill bathroom that connects to the mudroom, making it easily accessible for guests with limited mobility.

Upstairs, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with a spacious media room with comfy sofas and a smart/cable TV with a Blu-ray player, as well as a selection of family-friendly movies. The first bedroom, the Beachy Bunk Room, will delight the young-at-heart, featuring two sets of built-in bunks with four XL twin beds. The second bedroom, the Sand Dollar Room, has a queen bed and features its own private deck overlooking the woods and the Gnome Trail. This floor has a shared full bathroom with a tub and shower.

Enjoy one of many games or activities found in the spacious first floor recreation room. Have a family tournament with the full size ping pong table or challenge a partner to a game of magnetic darts. In one corner of the room, watch a movie on the smart/cable TV with a Blu-ray player or relax on the very comfortable futon (not your college futon!). Construct a puzzle or play board games at the large game table situated at the other end of the room. Rain or shine, this room will keep the family entertained when you're not at the beach, playing at the pool or cruising around town. Just outside the game room is where you will find the 6 person hot tub and outdoor shower. This level also features the second master suite, the Starfish Room, with a king bed, smart/cable TV and Blu-ray player, as well as a full bathroom with tub and shower.
