Also, we get our property sprayed for pests and insects every quarterly.This property sits on a old farmland with grass all around the house. That usually attracts insects so please keep that in mind.

Other things to note:

Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the house and pool area ( backyard).

Note : Hot tub is jetted ( gets bubbly ) ( temperature goes up to 104F )

This property offers 10+ cars parking, which is easily accessible.

Key is under the front mat

Note : Little hump in the floor in front of the refrigerator.

For safety purposes we have 2 cameras installed in the front door facing the front yard and In front of the garage facing the cars, this will be recording 24/7 for security purposes not inside the house to keep your privacy.
