Welcome to our beautiful Sea Zen in Grover Beach! Relax on the comfortable third story rooftop deck or spacious well appointed living area. Enjoy the luxury bathrooms each with large showers.
We are walking distance to the nearby beach access at Grand Ave(about a ten minute walk/2 minute drive), and a mile from the city of Pismo Beach.
Enjoy rooftop deck views of the city, mountains, and a peek of the ocean with a BBQ, fire table, and family seating.

Our rooftop is ready for your morning coffee or afternoon or evening BBQ. Looking to the west one can see peek a boo views of the ocean and panoramic views of the city, hills, and surrounding areas. Relax on the sectional and keep warm and cozy in front of the round fire table at night.
Our new home has all the luxuries you may desire. Enjoy your favorite movie on the 65” TV in the great room with family, or in the master suite in private. The classy kitchen and dining areas are stocked well and easy to cook with. Our showers are beautifully designed in a variety of beautiful colors.

Please access our home via our electronic Encode. We will text your 4 digit code before your scheduled stay. Guests will have access to a garage. We allow 1 car in the garage at this time and possibly 2 if is smaller. The garage door opener will only be on the interior wall. Other parking is for one more vehicle to the front side of the garage or on the front curb. Our rooftop will be waiting for you to sun and relax.

Grover is an easy walk to the Beach. It is a quiet tight community that sits adjacent to hopping Pismo Beach. There are many things to do and see nearby. The beach, restaurants, shopping, wine tasting, car shows, etc. Don’t miss the nearby 9 hole Pismo Golf course or the Monarch Butterfly Grove, both about a half mile away. The Amtrack station is just a few blocks west for travel options or an excursion to Santa Barbara or San Luis Obispo for a new experience.
The area also has several hiking trails with great views. If you’ve wanted to do a little horseback riding, there are stables to ride on the beach. We are centrally located next to Pismo and Arroyo Grande. Traveling by foot, bike, or auto are all good choices. There are several casual restaurants within walking distance and Arroyo Grande is just a few minutes by car, which is a must do with all its quaintness. Pismo Beach and pier are also less than five minutes away by car. Grand Avenue is just four blocks north and has all the needed stores, fast food, and groceries.
Grover Avenue is one of the two entrances to Pismo Beach which you can drive onto and presently allows off road vehicles too.

Grover Beach and Pismo Beach are a place to have fun and enjoy the clean sun. At times in the spring, winds do come up. Please securely cinch down all covers tightly when not in use on the roof! There is a deck box on the rooftop for storing covers.
Also WE HAVE A NO SMOKING POLICY. WE CHARGE EXTRA IF SMOKING OR VAPING IS EXERCISED ON OR IN OUR PROPERTY. WE HAVE OUTSIDE VIDEO SURVEILLANCE. If any odors or butts are found during or after checkout extra charges will incur.
Please provide information about your reason for staying and who your guests will be with you. Thank you.We have a No Smoking Policy. This includes in the home and around the home on our property. Please smoke down the street. If smell of cigarette or marijuana or cigars exist after your checkout you will be charged 150.00 extra. All dishes should be washed and cared for upon checkout. We will charge extra if the dishes are not cared for and washed. Please treat every item as if it were your own please. Only clean with Lemon oil on counters and table.
Only use stainless cleaner/polish on stainless steel.
Wearing house shoes will feel better walking around the home and is advised. Please treat all rooftop furniture and items with tender loving care. Please shutoff gas to BBQ and Fire Round and secure covers so they do not blow away. Please do not stay parked near the front door or in front of the garage door for a long length of time.
