The complex is waterfront to Little Lagoon, & across a low-traffic, two-lane road from the Gulf of Mexico's white sand. The complex features a beautiful pool, hot tub, deck & gazebo, two BBQ grilling areas, lighted courts for tennis or pickleball, a shuffleboard area, & fishing docks. Boaters will enjoy a boat ramp, dock slips, & storage for boats, trailers, kayaks & paddleboards.

The Space:
Enjoy your morning coffee on the private patio with the sunrise over the ocean and a fresh sea breeze! This 1BR, 1BA condo features a queen-sized bed in the bedroom and a fold-out sofa sleeper in the living room that will accommodate up to four adults, or two adults with two children. The full kitchen includes a stove/range, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, small appliances (toaster, blender, 2 coffee makers, etc.) and a complete set of pots/pans/dishes/cups/glasses/utensils. A stacked washer/dryer, WiFi access, and TV's in both the bedroom and living room are provided. The perfect place to relax with your family and enjoy all that Gulf Shores has to offer!

Other Things to Note:
The complex requires a one-time per visit parking fee ($30), and, if applicable, watercraft fee ($30), payable at the front desk on arrival. They will issue you a pass.
