If this is not followed and a violation occurs, you will be responsible for the penalty fine. There is also NO air conditioning.



Guests to avoid putting surfboards or personal items in the parking area, besides their car.



No food items in garbage disposal, it will clog easily. Do not remove sink drain strainer.
