Sunbird Beach Resort #204 East | Family Vacay!

Please be advised that due to ongoing building-wide HVAC system challenges, some units may experience reduced air conditioning performance during peak summer heat. The HOA is actively working on a long-term solution. In the meantime, portable air conditioning units have been provided in affected condos to help maintain guest comfort. This issue is expected to continue through September 30, 2025.

Upon entering Sunbird 204, the primary bedroom is on the left which features a full-size bed and plenty of storage for your personal belongings. The full bathroom is located in the hallway. As you continue, Sunbird 204 opens up into a spacious living area with access to the private balcony. The living room has a full-size sleeper sofa, loveseat, and flat-screen TV. There is also a dining area with a table and seating for four. Sunbird 204 also has tile flooring throughout the condo – no carpet! If you’d rather enjoy a home-cooked meal instead of visiting one of the many fantastic local restaurants, you have a fully-equipped kitchen that provides everything you’ll need to make it happen. The kitchen has all major appliances including a refrigerator, oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and the housewares essentials needed such as pots and pans, plates, glassware, silverware and more. Sunbird Beach Resort is located on the historic east-end of Panama City Beach on Thomas Dr. The resort has three refreshing Gulf-front pools (one heated seasonally), a tennis court, fitness center, beach volleyball net, and shuffleboard for your enjoyment.
