HOUSE RULES:
No Smoking anywhere on the property.
No Parties or large gatherings.
No candles or open flames indoors.
No breakable dishes in the patio/pool area.
No professional photograhy or filming.
All occupants must be disclosed at time of booking (no unregistered guests).
Children must be supervised at ALL TIMES while in the patio/pool area.

Trash pick up is on Tuesday mornings. Guests staying during that day will be asked to set garbage bins outside for trash pickup.

**Things to know**

1. Pool maintenace is every Thursday morning around 8:30am. It takes under 15 minutes, and the pool cannot be used for one full hour afterwards. Please leave the pool cage doors unlocked for the maintenance crew to enter and not disturb you.

2. Landscapers come twice a month to service the yard. This takes around 30 minutes or less.

3. There is a non-recording doorbell camera on the front door. This is to monitor any suspicous activity and is for the safety of our guests.

4. The saltwater pool can be heated in the months of October - March. Please note that cold weather, wind or rain can bring the water temperature down despite the heater running.
