The condo is completely and tastefully update throughout, including the kitchen, bathroom, flooring, ceiling, appliances, etc.

Please be advised that repairs to the sinkhole in front of the Kihei Akahi complex, on the beach side of Kihei Road, are currently underway and are expected to be completed in fall 2026.



This work does not affect the Kamaole beaches, water, power, resort access, or parking. Guests can easily enter and exit the property via South Kihei Road. Additionally, our condo is located in Building D—the farthest building from the street—minimizing any impact from the construction or road noise.
