Marble floors, antique beds and shabby chic furniture come together beautifully to create a stylish, welcoming, well equipped apartment for you to relax in and enjoy.
The space
Willow apartment is located 5 minutes from the quaint Georgian heritage village of Ramelton. An idyllic tranquil property, the apartment occupies the entire first floor of Willow House and working artist studio. The residence is set in 1.3 acres of native forest and mature gardens which boast over 100 species of trees and shrubs, including 11 species of native Irish trees.
The apartment is a clean,contemporary, individually styled space. Private entrance to the apartment is through a shared utility room. Bedroom 1.. Antique brass and iron double bed (4ft 6"), shabby chic furniture and Italian marble floor. Views out over the treetops towards Lough Swilly and the iconic Donegal mountains Errigal and Muckish. This room has an adjoining modern wet room with wash basin and loo. Bedroom 2... Antique brass and iron queen size (4ft) bed, shabby chic furniture and Italian marble floor. Looks out onto lawn area and mature trees.
Beds are dressed with feather duvets and sumptuous 800 thread count bed linen.
Bathroom.. Spacious modern bathroom with full size bath and glass shower area, wash basin and loo.
The beautiful Italian marble stair and hall area is bright and spacious. Fully fitted open plan kitchen with artisan built iroko worktops, oven, ceramic hob, sink, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. Wrought iron dining table and chairs, large comfy pouffes, 3 seater leather couch. Smart TV with Netflix.
Wi-Fi, smoke alarms, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher and first aid kit.
Ample pots, pans, dishes and cutlery.
Hairdryer, towels, bedding, hangers, shampoo, conditioner and body soap.
Check in from 3pm by smart lock. Check out up to 11am.
Not suitable for children under 12.
We have a stunning 40,000 litre fish pond.
The property is a smoke free zone.
No parties or events No extra guests.
Use of the washing machine by request.
No guest pets.
We have well behaved, shy domestic cats on the property.
We are open to arranging longer stays and winter lets.
