With ample parking for boats, it's the perfect accommodation for water enthusiasts looking to explore Caddo Lake. Located just blocks from Caddo Lake and a public boat launch, the home is nestled next to an elementary school in a safe neighborhood. Mooringsport is close to several quaint small towns, and within 20 minutes, you can explore attractions such as Caddo Lake State Park, Gators & Friends, Chimp Haven, Riverboat Casinos, The Boardwalk shops/Bass Pro, Sci-Port, and The Aquarium.

Pet Friendly Policy: We welcome well-behaved, house-trained dogs, with a pet fee (no puppies under 1 & no kitty cats sorry!). Please ensure your pets are up to date on vaccinations and flea treatments, and do not disturb neighbors. Pets should not be left unattended for long periods. Guests are responsible for any damages caused by their pets.
