Our condo was very clean, well stocked and well maintained. Beautiful view of the ocean and pool. Steps away to beach and very close to unique shops and delicious restaurants! Highly recommend!

Washer & dryer didn't work. Water didn't drain good in shower/tub. Ice maker would have been nice in freezer. Thought it was more oceanfront. Condo very nice. Location and convenience excellent!

BLACK MOLD! We were very excited upon arrival. However, after one night staying in the room my entire family was sick. We fought through the sore throats, coughs and headaches. On our second day, we left to visit with family and did not return until our kids bedtime. At 1:00 am I was wide awake sending a message to the host requesting that the air filter or something is possibly moldy because my family was all sick, but the symptoms were only affecting us while in the room. Waking up on the second day, I was requesting that this received attention immediately. My mother-in-law arrived around 11 am to the unit, (yes we were taking the listing that sleeps six to the max but we were okay with that because our kids are 5, 3, and 2) By 1pm my mother in law who was preparing all of the food for 2 hours became ill. Coastal Vacation confirmed our finding of black mold and we had moved all of our belongings to the hall way. They found us a new place to stay which was great but we were already sick and remained sick the rest of our stay at the new condo. I requested that we be put back on the beach and be given the best property available. That was not the case, not to say anything bad about the new rental but we were no longer waking up and walking the beach.. Meanwhile I found 80 open properties that were much nicer and would have had made us feel cared about. I also couldn't believe that this unit was listed for rent the next day once we moved. Never had to complain before

There were a few hick ups with the unit, but were addressed expeditiously. All in all it was a good stay. Any time spent at the beach is great.

Nice, Clean, Convenient Property

This property was clean, convenient and as described in the listing. It is small, but well furnished and has everything one would need. It is located a short walk from the beach and within walking distance of shopping and dining. I thought the pool would be larger, but, it was clean and close to the room. The condo building is older, but, is in a good location, well maintained and has security in the parking lot. We enjoyed our stay.

Perfect get away for couples/ small families

Property is in an excellent location. Communication was superb. The only downfalls are the sliding glass door takes the strength of 2 grown men to shut all the way, there is no ironing board and the fridge leaks. All easily fixable items. Value for money was outstanding. Condo was clean and the little care packages were a thoughtful and appreciated touch. Would definitely stay again.

Great Stay

My husband and our 3 daughters stayed at the condo over the 4th of July. It was great being so close to the shops and restaurants, on the beach and pool access. Parking was difficult initially. There didn’t seem to be enough spots but we managed. The unit was clean and comfortable. We had one issue with the faucet not working and we called and they were out within 2 hours and had it fixed. Great service. We would stay again.

Great Location

Second time staying at the Breakers. We love the proximity to the beach, shops and restaurants. Condos are small but great for 2 adults and maybe 2 children. Pool was good. Deep 8ft end seems a waste, would be better if more people could stand in a shallower area. Nice to have security guards with cameras. Elevator was very convenient. Our condo was well equipped. Floor was a little dirty on arrival, but not sure you can ever get rid of all the sand! Sliding glass door was very hard to open and close, but sure it was due to the weather as well. Overall, great place to stay. We will certainly go back!

It is what it is

The Breakers is situated in an excellent location. It is highly walkable and there are lots of local shops, businesses, and beaches nearby. The villa itself is just a bit too small, and a bit too quirky. Even for two people. There is a view of the ocean, but it does not look like the view that is advertised. In reality, there is a stairway that partially obstructs the view of both the ocean and the pool. The rental agency could have been a bit more thorough. Nothing we could not or did not overcome, but they could have provided better customer service. Overall, our stay was "okay."

The lock mechanism on the sliding door to the porch was broken and the door locked automatically behind me. This happened twice before someone came to "fix" it, which was to leave it unlocked at all times. He left pliers for us to adjust if it happened again. A part on the washing machine came off after one use, making it unusable until someone else came to fix it. The bathroom sink drain didn't work well, and the refrigerator produced water that pooled on the top shelf and dripped down. Other notes, there is not an icemaker or ice cube trays. No oven, but used the air fryer, so that was fine. Great location. Good pool. I appreciated the dishwasher and kitchen overall.

We left after one night…

Property description was misleading. Definitely not worth the rental price. Condo did not have a single closet, so clothes had to be hung on about a dozen mismatched hooks along one wall. No closet also meant broom and duster were also hanging along one wall. Toilet roll was on floor because there was no toilet roll holder in bathroom. The “dining table” that could be extended was a tiny table that once extended could seat 4 at most — except that there were only 2 dining chairs (In a condo advertised to sleep 6.) Everything was old and worn and felt dirty. I don’t need to go further. Suffice it to say that we left after the first night, checked into a hotel, and never returned. Awful!

The Breakers is a fabulous location with wonderful security folks. The property management was easy to work with and communicate with. The units bathroom is very small and that is understandable but there isn’t even a toilet paper holder and that is NOT understandable for the nightly price paid. The washing machine was broken our entire stay and in looking back at a recent past review this is ongoing. If you advertise a washer/dryer notify that it will not be working so people can pack accordingly!!!
