SeaChange Villa is a lovely family holiday home specializing in week(plus)-long stays, with villa-property privacy and resort amenities, all in one.

Centered high atop Lambert Estate and surrounded by mature floral landscaping and boulders, SeaChange looks out at a panoramic view of the beach, and beyond to an ocean horizon that is breathtaking.

SeaChange faces due-North: you will be lulled to sleep by the rhythmic sounds of the open sea and wake up to soft rays of morning sunlight. Daytime is sunny but never hot, and nighttime is star-gazing perfection. Caribbean trade winds blow gently across the property, making the bedroom air conditioning an option, but not a necessity.

SeaChange has plush, newly appointed bedrooms and bathrooms, an expansive great room, and a well-equipped kitchen. We’ve added as many amenities as we could think of!

The outside living & entertaining area is fabulous: covered deck and dining area, BBQ Grill and seating/lounging for 6. Plenty of room for meals inside too, with a dining-room table for 6 and a high-top breakfast bar that seats 3 at the kitchen's edge.

Washer and dryer on site make longer stays a breeze, and an automatic generator makes the occasional power cuts a non-issue. Fiberoptic WiFi keeps you instantly connected and/or working remotely if you must check in with the office whilst away.

SeaChange has Wyndham Lambert Beach Resort membership, which gives you keyed entry and access to the largest pool on Tortola as well as a kiddie pool for young swimmers. Enjoy the beach loungers and when the surf is too strong, the poolside gazebos. The Turtle Restaurant is open 7 days a week for beachside fine dining, poolside bar & grill, or take-away for eating back at the Villa.

The airport is just moments away, making transfers easy. The capital of Road Town, some of Tortola's finest dining options, and more gorgeous beaches are all just 10-15 minutes down the Ridge Road. We recommend a hire-car for your week at SeaChange Villa.

Everything was just perfect during our stay at SeaChange! Matt & Debbie were amazing hosts, available and willing to assist with any and all of our needs. The house was very clean and the photos on VRBO are spot-on. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for meal prepping, including a grill out on the deck. We enjoyed having full access to the Wyndham resort just a couple minutes away. SeaChange is located in a peaceful setting, the view is phenomenal, the hosts are wonderful, and our family was able to reconnect in this lovely setting. I would go back in a heartbeat. Thank you :)

Matt and Debbie are great hosts!! They helped us with planning before our trip and greeted us at the house upon arrival. The villa was very clean and nice with great views. They gave the villa a special holiday touch with decoration. It was well stocked with everything we needed. We really enjoyed the front porch and the views of the ocean. We would definitely look at staying here again if we return to BVI. Matt and Debbie were always available if needed. Thanks for being great hosts!!

If you are thinking about booking Sea Change Villa, don’t wait another second! This house is made for families to create lasting memories! From booking to the day we left the lovely hosts, Debbie and Matt, made us feel like family and took the guess work out of so much. They were so attentive, gave the most amazing recommendations, and even stocked the freezer with ice cream! The home was so welcoming, clean, came with everything you could ever need and more. Dear Matt and Debbie, Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and cared for. Your kindness and thoughtfulness were evident in every detail. Knowing you were always there for anything we needed made us feel not like guests but like friends. And the simple joys - arriving to a waiting dinner, the generous baskets of treats, a refigerator full of assorted drinks and so many carefully considered touches throughout the home. Not to forget Debbie's beautiful handcrafted pottery which we enjoyed every morning. Sipping our coffee and taking in the breathtaking views in such a peaceful setting. Awesome!!!!!

We've stayed in Vrbo houses for years and this is the first time I've ever been inclined to write a review of the property. Its because Matt provided us with the absolute best customer service we've ever experienced! He and his wife Debbie went out of their way to welcome us to the property and could not have been more accomodating during our stay. Too many accolades to list them all here, so just trust me when I say that they will go all out to make sure you have a wonderful vacation!!!

Quite simply the best holiday rental ever

A simply fantastic stay at this beautiful, wonderfully equipped house. The location - and the view in the morning - is just gorgeous, and the house is cosy, beautifully decorated, lovely and clean and equipped with absolutely everything we could have asked for. In particular I would highlight the big table on deck - perfect for dinner in a group of eight with our friends - and the fantastic barbecue with all the kit needed to supply the table (in fact the kitchen too had absolutely everything - including a fantastic supply of essentials on arrival). And in addition to all that, the house comes with access to the superb Wyndham resort just down the hill. It has a gorgeous, private and nearly empty beach with soft sand, perfect water, loads of loungers and cabins - we could have stayed there all week it was so good - and a gym, spa, a huge pool and a nice little beach bar. But best of all, the hosts, Matt and Debbie, are quite magnificent. We were made to feel welcome from the moment we booked and were looked after with helpful advice and some lovely, generous touches. It really felt like staying with friends. Quite simply the best little house we have ever rented. Many thanks and many congratulations.

Matt has lived in the British Virgin Islands since 1998 and his wife Debbie, since 2004. They met and were married in the British Virgin Islands. They are in love with the Virgin Islands' life, the people, and all of its natural beauty.

Matt is a retired Charter Yacht Captain and Sailing Instructor, and is now a Consultant for Maritime Training. Debbie runs her own pottery production studio nearby in Trellis Bay, called TerraForma BVI. A visit to her Pottery for a class or a souvenir is highly recommended!!

Having their families visit for over 20 years has been a highlight of living abroad, and they both know from experience exactly what is needed to relax and unwind in the British Virgin Islands.

SeaChange Villa is the ideal family vacation home. They've priced it to reach families looking for a perfect holiday, spent together. When their families aren't visiting, they invite you to come see how magical the British Virgin Islands truly are!

Lambert Estate is a private residential neighborhood perched above the gorgeous Wyndham Lambert Beach Resort. It is quiet and well-maintained throughout, easily accessible by car, and just minutes to the airport, the beaches, and the best restaurants on Tortola.

It is the perfect location for staying comfortably at home with a beautiful view, popping out to enjoy the Resort's amenities, or easily venturing out and about, during your stay.

An easy driveway with ample parking, a short flight of outside stairs takes you onto a ranch-styled property: easy for young and old members of the family to navigate safely.

The location allows for family privacy when enjoying the home, whilst having all the benefits of a high-end resort just down the drive.

The largest pool on Tortola (even a kiddie pool), a pristine beach, and all the resort amenities one could ask for are in view from the front deck... but just far enough away to have some solitude, if you prefer.
