Longboat Getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We returned for 4 nights to our getaway on the beach. The condo is well equipped and clean. Beds are comfortable. Best location...just steps to the beach. The condo is tired and needs some TLC. The handle of the shower came off in my hand and the dryer did not work. We were able to get around these minor problems and still enjoyed our vacation.

The condo was as advertised. I did not receive the code before arriving and had to contact the owner after hours. The owner responded back within 15 minutes and we did not have any other issues the rest of our trip. We had a relaxing stay and I would stay there again.

Check in window was between 4 and 5. We arrived at 8:30 late arrival instructions were we would find a packet in the late arrival bin next to the office door. No packet was there after several phone calls we were given the keyless entry code to our unit. The next day I received the keyless entry code by email from VRBO to my old email address, this was a day after my arrival date. I have made several attempts to update my profile with VRBO obviously with no success. Very dissatisfied with VRBO there is definitely a communication issue.

Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the check-in delay and the missing arrival packet; we understand how frustrating that is after a long travel day. We are glad our team was able to answer your call and get you your entry code safely. Regarding the outdated email and profile issues, because VRBO manages guest accounts independently, we unfortunately cannot update that system on our end. We appreciate your patience and hope you had a pleasant stay once settled.

We really enjoyed this property! It was clean and quiet. The beach views were spectacular. We will be back for sure. One word of caution is there is a flight of steps to get up to the property. There is not an elevator.
