Nice beach access

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, it was a nice vacation stay. The check-in was easy and the clerk was friendly and helpful. The unit is nice enough, but the best part is you can walk right out of the screen door and be on the beach in seconds. Bed in primary room is comfy. The couch in the living room needs to be replaced. Primary bath needs updating too...not real impressive. Pool was good. Free shuffleboard and corn hole too. For the price, it was good for 2 couples for a few nights.

The view was exceptional. The size of the rooms and supplies there in were great. The pool was wonderful. However, the price was for 4* accommodations while I would give this one 3*’s. The larger bathroom shower needs an update. The kitchen table and chairs need to be replaced. The table is sticky and even after several cleanings it did not help. One of the chairs had a broken leg. We had sugar ants and saw a few people roaches But for the most part, we enjoyed our stay. We could not hear our neighboring occupants. And felt the beach was never over occupied.

Beach stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We wanted to stay right on the beach and we got our wish. You cannot beat the location of this condo. It was older and could use some updates but nice enough to stay in. Couch is pretty uncomfortable. Lived the screened in porch!!

This unit had everything a family could need for a stay in the most wonderful part of the island. Amazing views, centrally located, quiet resort. Would definitely go back!

Silver Sands was the prefect location. The condo we had was a few steps from the beach. It was well equipped and all you need for a couple weeks.

Great spot on the beach

We have an active five year old and we loved this place. The beach out the front and the pool out the side. We loved having a kitchen to save on going out to eat all the time.

We loved the direct access to the beach. The unit was nice and clean. New appliances in the kitchen. The couch could use an upgrade. The cushions are very small and its difficult for adults to sit on it comfortably. We loved the massage recliner.

Excellent location, right on the beach. Comfortable beds and ambient lighting. Excellent air con.

Lovely property in an excellent position for beach and pool. Kids had a great time. Any problems were sorted quickly - the toaster didn’t work and was replaced immediately. I would have liked more plates as had to wash up rather than use the dishwasher being a family of 6.

Beautiful room and perfect view

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve been coming to the area for 4 years now and wanted to try somewhere new and boy we were not disappointed! We got the room on the beach with our own private access and it was amazing. Room was beautiful, pictures don’t do it justice. Staff was great and the parking was perfect. We will be booking with RVA every year.
