Free on street parking, and driveway is long enough for multiple cars. Bus route close-by, and Uber/Lyft are generally within about 6 minute wait time. Light Rail is 1.5 Miles away. 11 Miles to State Farm Stadium. 9 Miles to Scottsdale. 7 Miles to downtown Phoenix. 12 Miles to Tempe.

Early Check-in:
We cannot guarantee an early check-in. We use the little time we have to prepare the home following the CDC Cleaning Guidelines, as well as to perform any maintenance tasks. We want to it to be perfect for you.
You can message us on the day of your arrival and we can let you know when the home is ready for you.

Late Check-out:
You can message prior to your arrival and we will let you know if a late check-out can be accommodated.
If you check-out later than the agreed upon time you will fined $100 for the first 60 minutes and then an entire night rate after that. Our cleaners are prompt and have busy schedules; unless notified they will charge us for running late.
