-Heat -Central Heating | Cooling- Ceiling Fans & stand alone fans for hotter days (natural shade keeps house relatively cool)
-No wifi at the cabin, unplug & relax! Phone service is solid for most carriers - consider bringing your own hotspot if needed.

OUTSIDE CAYUGA CABIN
-Situated on Ottowa Lake - part of Chain-O-Lakes - this is a small, quiet lake perfect for a calm kayak rides (NO SWIMMING/ NO MOTORBOATS)- Otsego lake is nearby for motorboats/swimming/etc
-Kids club house - fun for kiddos - PLAY AT OWN RISK!
-Garage usage available upon request (snowmobiles & ORV)
-Kayaks available upon request (located in garage & waiver to be acknowledged)
-Fire pit - bring your own wood
