Cheerful and chic- newly renovated home 4br/3b

This isn't an average "thrown together" rental. Our family put in tons of labor, time, and a made a million decisions to make this remodel happen. We picked out every detail in every room, every piece of furniture, every pot, pan & utensil....all the way down to the two-ply toilet paper. This house makes us happy and brings us joy! With four-bedrooms (with two of them having en-suite bathrooms), three full baths, and a huge fenced backyard....we felt like this home could accommodate many different people in many different walks of life. There is plenty of room inside and outside to enjoy your family, friends and pets. It has a double driveway, a carport and room to park on the street if necessary. The location of the home is in the center of town and is close to all local activities, including entertainment areas, casinos, downtown, river, lake, concerts, hospitals and universities. It is in an established and quiet neighborhood within walking distance of a coffee shop and park. We hope this home brings you happiness and joy as well.
