The backyard is your sanctuary, boasting a covered outdoor lounge area with a 65” TV, salt-water pool, BBQ, dining area, putting green, pool bath and numerous spots to relax and restore. Loungers, beach chairs, pool floats and cornhole. While the pool isn't heated, given the desert air can be quite chilly, it is always ready for guests who choose to take a cold plunge.

Inside you will find tile and wood flooring, ceiling fans, nice furniture, hotel grade linens, and nice appointments throughout the entire home.

Chef's kitchen is equipped for your culinary needs, including a generously stocked pantry, coffee/tea bar and purified drinking water.

The island provides seating for four, and the dining table accommodates up to 6.

Each bedroom is equipped with a comfy bed and luxury linens. Bedrooms one and two include smart TVs and dressers, while bedroom three is equipped with a desk/workspace. All bedrooms have table side plugins, hangers and extra linens. Additionally, a Queen-sized Sealy inflatable mattress and extra linens.

There are 3 bathrooms, including a convenient full pool bath.

You can make use of 2 cruiser/bikes to explore the nearby trails or for a quick jaunt to the market nearby. Scottsdale has been recognized as a gold-level Bicycle Friendly Community since 2011.

The laundry room comes complete with a full-size modern washer and dryer, as well as laundering and cleaning supplies.

You'll find parking space for 2 vehicles in the driveway. The The garage is available to store golf clubs and bikes. Please inquire about garage usage for longer stays.
