Local residents (Leon, Wakulla, Jefferson, Gadsden counties), must disclose so before booking and send a request. This home is located 9 miles (15 minutes) to Midtown and 11 miles or (20 minutes to FSU). On the north side of town 8-10 minutes away are multiple dining and shopping options. We are dog friendly for well behaved house trained dogs under 50 pounds. Limit of 2 dogs, We charge a fee of $65 per dog per reservation/stay.
Our cleaners obtain digital proof after cleaning and prior to each guests' arrival assuring that everything is clean and in place for a wonderful stay.We use luxury down bedding in all our properties for superior comfort. We do not offer alternative bedding for those that may be allergic. Any failed payments within 30 days of check-in may result in cancellation of reservation.
