The homes deco'r features an equestrian theme and is appointed with all the amenities our guests have come to expect. Each bedroom has new comfy beds and HD Roku Tv's. 2 car garage with remote makes ingress and egress a breeze. Dedicated workspace and a desk for the little ones as well. House trained dog friendly, with plenty of space for outdoor gathering and room to roam.

I like to give guests there space. Therefore, I will only "check in" a couple times during your stay. However, we respond to inquiries immediately and are available to answer any questions or problems you may experience during your stay.

Local residents (Leon, Wakulla, Jefferson, Gadsden counties), must disclose so before booking and send a request. This home is located 9 miles (15 minutes) to Midtown and 11 miles or (20 minutes to FSU). On the north side of town 8-10 minutes away are multiple dining and shopping options. We are dog friendly for well behaved house trained dogs under 50 pounds. Limit of 2 dogs, We charge a fee of $65 per dog per reservation/stay.
Our cleaners obtain digital proof after cleaning and prior to each guests' arrival assuring that everything is clean and in place for a wonderful stay.We use luxury down bedding in all our properties for superior comfort. We do not offer alternative bedding for those that may be allergic. Any failed payments within 30 days of check-in may result in cancellation of reservation.
