Gut: Lage
I would like to give it a four and a half but there are no halves. It was very clean. However, upon our arrival the first thing that we noticed is that the glass shades on the kitchen light were extremely dirty. Since the lighting is located right above the table, we removed them to wash them. We also noticed that we had very little silverware and plates and after dinner, realized the dishwasher from the previous tenant was not emptied. And while looking over the property on Saturday, we noticed that the dryer had not been emptied from the previous tenant and the sheets and linens were still in there. The layout of the property & deck was perfect for our long weekend stay. However, the last step off the deck was difficult for my young grandchildren & our dog and was difficult to navigate. The kitchen size was ample for two cooks & all of the cookware we needed was provided. The only issue was the round table, placed in the middle of the kitchen. This made it awkward to open the refrigerator & stove, & to get around it while maneuvering in the kitchen.The neighborhood is quiet & a great place for walking. Overall, the stay was complimentary & I would stay here again on my frequent trips to Tallahassee to see my grandchildren.
