Swim in the pool, take pictures in front of the comic book wall, or enjoy a meal at the large dining table. The Palmcroft is conveniently located in Paradise Valley and just a ten minute drive to Old Town Scottsdale.

- Family: Travel crib and high chair are at the property for guest use

- Booking guests must be a minimum of 25 years of age and identification must be provided. Guest will be subject to processing fees for cancelations resulting from under age reservations.
- Pets allowed and must be approved prior to arrival with a $100 per pet cleaning fee and a deposit of $300.
- Undisclosed pets are subject to fines up to $500. Additional charges may be applicable for damages and/or deep cleaning.
- No smoking allowed. Subject to fines up to $500. Additional charges may be applicable for damages and/or deep cleaning.
- Parties, events, or any other activity that disturbs the peace and enjoyment of neighboring properties are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in immediate eviction without refund and fines ranging from a minimum of $500 up to $5,000. Additional charges may apply for damages and/or excessive cleaning.
- A rental agreement and ID will be required to complete your reservation.
- The card holder on the payment card used for the reservation must match the main booking guest on the Rental Agreement.
- Per Paradise Valley ordinances any guests with a verified sex offender history will be asked to cancel their reservation at their expense.
- A complete guest list must be provided within 48 hours of booking and a sex offender background check must be performed on every guest staying the night at the property.
- Last-minute and/or local reservations may be subject to an additional verification process and a security deposit.
