Come enjoy the newest Resort Complex on the Alabama Gulf Coast!!

Come see why this 21st Floor Phoenix Gulf Towers condo with unbelievable unobstructed views is the best for your family with its amazing views of the Gulf!

Our condo is situated on the 21st floor West with incredible views of the Gulf! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom. With over 1,750 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!

Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Gulf Towers condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 75” flat screen SMART TV in living room and a flat screen 58" SMART TV in the master, and a 58" Smart TV in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the master and two Queen beds in both the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms for sleeping up to 10.

There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, large splash pad, heated in-door swimming pool, large jacuzzi, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf.

There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Gulf Towers with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $60 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix Gulf Towers guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

A delightful time for our family

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Really enjoyed the property and amenities.The water slide, splash pad, and indoor pool for rainy days were a hit! The kitchen needs some spatulas, plastic cups for kids, and other minor utensils. And a broom and a dust pan would be nice.Rugs could be cleaned - hence the 4 stars for property cleanliness. I would give it 4 1/2 if I could.Overall, a great place to stay!

Our group of 5 enjoyed the views from the balcony and spent time relaxing in the lazy river. Communication was clear and check-in was easy with the keyless entry. We had to purchase a parking pass the next day and the guy at the counter was friendly and took good care of us. We highly enjoyed our experience.

I do, however, wish there were screen doors as I love to sleep with sounds of the waves and fresh air, but several bugs entered our unit.

holiday week trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: we enjoyed ourselves. I was worried about the parking with a truck, however we had no issues. the beach was crowded on the holiday, which was to be expected. I can't imagine how crowded it will be when tower II opens. Needs more grills. We were unable to use a grill due to the wait and 1 person using multiple grills. the dryer buzzer is excessive and loud. the washer is extremely loud. It might have something wrong with it. the kitchen was not clean when we arrived. the dishes were still dirty in the washer. the cabinets had drippings. Overall the condo was perfect for our needs. Really like the 2 queen beds in each room! the hallway can get loud. The elevators were excellent and did not have to wait long. could have used extra pillowcases and kitchen sponge to wash dishes rather than washcloth.

There were a couple of items missing (iron and blender) but management was very responsive and brought both to us upon request. We loved the pool and lazy river. This was a perfect place for us and we would return.
