Dies ist eine der besten Ferienwohnungen in Orange Beach und entlang der Alabama Gulf Coast. Kommen Sie für den Spaß in der Sonne oder schwimmen Sie den Lazy River hinunter. Phoenix West ist eine der luxuriösesten Eigentumswohnungen am Golf! Die Aussicht nach Osten und Westen ist vom Balkon oder durch die vom Boden bis zur Decke reichenden Fenster im Wohnzimmer unglaublich. Mit über 1.950 m² ist die Unterkunft sehr geräumig und aufwendig eingerichtet. Für Ihren Genuss und Ihre Entspannung wurden keine Kosten gescheut. Wir haben gerade ein schlüsselloses Zugangsschloss an der Haustür installiert !! Dies bedeutet, dass Sie und Ihre Familie während Ihres Aufenthalts nicht mit den Schlüsseln mithalten müssen. Geben Sie einfach eine Zahlenkombination auf dem Tastenfeld ein und die Tür wird entriegelt!

Das Gerät ist kunstvoll bemalt und professionell mit Edelstahlgeräten in voller Größe, maßgefertigten Schränken, Granitarbeitsflächen, Bartresen mit Eismaschine, 46-Zoll-HD-Flachbildfernseher im Wohnzimmer mit Flachbildfernseher und DVDs in den Schlafzimmern, Waschküche mit eingerichtet Vollgröße Waschmaschine und Trockner. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, während das 2. Schlafzimmer ein Queensize- und ein Einzelbett für 2 Einzelbetten sowie 2 Doppelbetten für das 3. Schlafzimmer bietet. Es gibt auch zwei Schlafsofas Queen-Size-Betten im Wohnzimmer, wenn Sie mehr Platz benötigen.

Es gibt einen Strömungskanal, eine Wasserrutsche, einen Außenpool mit einem eingezäunten Kinderbecken, einen beheizten Innenpool, zwei Whirlpools, ein hochmodernes Fitnesscenter, 2 Saunen und Dachterrassenplätze.

Es gibt ein Mindestalter von 25 Jahren, um das Gerät zu reservieren, das ohne Erstattung für Verstöße erzwungen wird.

This place is beautiful but our beds had sand in them. There was sand on floors and dishes in cupboard were all dirty. We had to clean everything.

The condo and building were in good condition, great location, close to a lot of restaurants and grocery stores. I enjoyed waking up to see the dolphins in the ocean and watching them play in the evening. You are on the beach within minutes, and we truly enjoyed the lazy river and indoor and outdoor pool area. We didn't use the stove or anything that had to do with cooking, but the kitchen was very equipped if we needed to. They have a nice grill area if you want to grill. Overall, my family and I had a great vacation.

Great Stay!

The property is well maintained. Unit was just as deacribed and photos shown. Lazy river was very nice, although crowded. I would day during peak summer season the pool area gets super crowded fast! Check in was a breeze and it was nice knowing there is security on the grounds. Will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful OBA spot

My parents snowbird in this building and we appreciated having our own space for visiting them. Having the extra twin bed in the 3rd bedroom was great for us, teens aren’t particularly fond of sharing beds!The whole condo was very clean and comfortable, everything worked well. We had no issues so no communication with the property manager was necessary beyond the check in info.

Get what you pay for

Smelled like mildew - especially the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. Dryer had standing water inside each morning (vent issue). Furnishings were a bit worn down. Location was great - view was incredible.

Orange Beach Condo

Was a beautiful location and very nice condo with a great view of the beach. The lazy river was very nice to have onsite. Parking was pretty easy and we were able to find a spot on the bottom level nearly the whole trip. The condo was missing a few essentials you may want to bring, like ordinary seasonings if you cook anything and regular dish soap.

Great stay at Orange Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very nice, and clean! It was just as described! We even got a text saying we could check in a few hours early! The facilities were well kept and we felt secure the entire time we were there. The lazy river was a hit for the kids. We used to grills on site to cook supper one night! Saturday must be a popular check out day because we had to wait about 20 minutes to get on the elevator but every other day it wasn’t a problem. Overall it was a great experience and we would definitely rent from Phoenix West again.

Reviewer Comments: while the condo seems nice, it's clear it has been neglected for awhile. both couches need new cushions as they are hard to even sit on. The master mattress is hard as a rock and the ceiling fan needs to be replaced as it sounds like it's going to fall out of the ceiling. The view is wonderful and the building is very nice.

Love Phoenix West, Would Choose Another Unit

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 2nd stay at Phoenix West and our 2nd time using this rental company. We love Phoenix West. A safe, clean property with friendly staff. My feedback for this unit would be that it was overall not clean. The linens were not clean with stains and hair present. The floors were not clean. There was sand and hair in all the bathrooms. One of the bathrooms had mold. The dining chairs had sand on the seats. It did not smell clean when we walked in. The trundle bed underneath the day bed was detached from the bed. The extra blankets didn’t smell clean. We just equate this with very poor execution by the cleaning company. It was definitely enough to make us not choose this unit again. However, Charlotte was who we dealt with with our booking and she was amazing! We had left something very valuable on accident in the unit after checking out and she went out of her way to be sure we were able to get it back. You really cannot put a price on honesty and that’s rare to find those types of people in this world today. So, thank you, Charlotte for your hospitality and taking good care of us!

Perfect location- would stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay here! Easy to find and a great location. We had a group of 12 with kids ages 5-17 and everyone had a great time. Any issues I had previously read about in the reviews have been fixed so that was a very pleasant surprise. **here are our only cons to the condo(although none of these would keep us from returning!) *There are only 4 elevators to service all 29 floors which resulted in quite a long wait during certain times of the day. *Very few tubes for the lazy river. We counted 20 total, so I’d highly suggest bringing your own to float with. *The parking garage is pretty dang tight so keep that in mind if you’re planning on bringing a big vehicle. *There are a couple of pots and pans supplied, however, they aren’t the very best so bring your favorites with you if you are going to need something specific. *Maybe THIS is just because of my OCD, but I would have loved to have a broom supplied in the condo to help clean up sand and dirt that we tracked inside. Other than that, it was awesome. We will 100% be back!

Orange Beach Dream

This place was amazing! It fit all of us perfectly. The building is right on the sand. The pool, lazy River, and slide were a huge hit for the kids in our party! The only complaint I would have is for the building itself - there are 26 floors and only 4 elevators. On the weekends it was very challenging to get up/down to/from our room. Especially when checking in/out with all of our stuff. I did appreciate that they had multiple carts and typical hotel caddies to help move stuff - there just wasn’t a ton of room in the elevators to fit with all the people. Other then that it was a dream to stay at. Thank you!
