Diese Villa befindet sich am South Forest Beach Drive und bietet zwei Schlafzimmer, zwei Badezimmer, ein kombiniertes Wohn- / Esszimmer und eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Geschirrspüler. Die Bettwäsche für diese Villa besteht aus einem Kissen, einem Kingsize-Bett im Hauptschlafzimmer, zwei Einzelbetten im Gäste-Schlafzimmer und einem Queen-Size-Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer. Es gibt drei Flachbildfernseher (Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer und zweites Schlafzimmer). WIFI ist verfügbar. Es gibt einen privaten Balkon vor dem Hauptschlafzimmer und dem Wohnzimmer mit Blick auf den Strand und den Pool, von dem aus Sie die wunderschönen Sonnenaufgänge und Sonnenuntergänge genießen können. Die Villa ist nur wenige Gehminuten von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants entfernt.

Wäscherei sind auf zwei Etagen von der Anlage entfernt.

Excellent location, we could walk to all the restaurants and shops. Exterior of builing & pool well maintained and the inside was exactly as described. It was nice to see lots of hooks up (to hang all the bathing suits and towels) and all the extra towels that was supplied. Everything was clean and kitchen was well stocked. View from the balcony was perfect!

2nd time here!

This is our 2nd year in a row staying here and it truly feels like our home away from home. Like last years review- pros are the proximity to everything, cleanliness of the room, the beds are really comfortable, we like how small and safe the complex is. It is within walking distance to Coligny plaza Cons are still the size of the master bath… the shower in the master bath is very very small and dated. Obviously the cons were not deal breakers for us with us coming back again though. We also are planning on seeing you all again next year!!!!

Great condo with view of beach

We have stayed beachside at Beechwood Place several times over the years. This unit is by far the best one to date. Although the condos are laid out the same, this owner was smart with selection and positioning of couches and tables so that the unit felt updated, fresh and more spacious.

I’ve been disappointed several times. The description was accurate, the amenities were as described. The kitchen was well stocked with the needed tools, pots and pans. The living areas were all well lite which is important if you are a reader or a puzzle person. The temperature could be controlled in each area. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others — just not for the week I want it. I’ve already reserved for next year.

Super Clean!

First impression? Clean clean clean! Large bed was comfy. Twin beds not so much. Sofa comfy...side chairs, not so much. Excellent location. Short walk to beach. Nice clean property.

Very nice ocean side condo

The property was second floor but had the convenience of an elevator when needed. The first week at the property went without any hitches. We did find out after arrival that the pool is NOT heated and was too cold to even wade in. Maybe that needs to be added to the listing along with info that the washer and dryer are not in the unit, but on floors 1 and 3.On the 6th day the air conditioning failed completely. I was able to contact the property manager and they sent multiple people out to finally end with the AC could not be fixed. The rest of the week was miserable because it got hot and humid. The property manager did send over fans for us to use and offered to move us to a different property, but farther away from Coligny than we wanted to be.We all understood this is nothing that can be foreseen as going to happen, and cannot take away as a negative to the property.All in all, loved the location, proximity to Coligny and access to the beach!!

Favorite!

This is our favorite place to stay! We will probably never stay anywhere else! We love the condo and location! It’s comfortable for our little family! Perfect distance from everything and private beach entrance and pool! This is our second year in the same room! Our living room air conditioner was not working but the other rooms were working fine and fans helped keep it cool so it did not hinder our vacation and we had a kiddo stay in there on the sleeper sofa. Again, we love this place so much and any time I’ve had to speak to someone the are all so polite.

The best views and location

This Villa was truly the best location! We enjoyed the convenience of having the small, private pool and the beach within steps AND, there was pool, beach gear in the hall closet, which I was not expecting. We were close enough to walk to all the shops, restaurants at Coligny Plaza, which was a bonus! I appreciated the gated parking area, which felt secure and safe. The Villa is on the smaller side and was cozy and quiet for myself and adult daughter who did not spend a great deal of time in the unit. The only downside was the master bedroom bath is ridiculously small. I had to use the other bathroom to shower. The space overall is small, so not sure how this could be modified.
