Renoviert und schön dekoriert !! Diese Villa bietet einen fantastischen Blick auf den Ozean. Diese zwei Schlafzimmer, zwei Badezimmer Villa verfügt über ein voller Größe Küche und einen kombinierten Wohn- / Essbereich. Das Schlafzimmer hat ein Doppelbett, das zweite Schlafzimmer zwei Einzelbetten und es gibt ein Queen-Size-Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer. Der Balkon vor dem Wohnzimmer hat eine Seitenansicht auf das Meer auf der rechten Seite. Jede Einheit in Ocean Dunes hat drahtlosen Internet-Service und Zugang zu den "Neu" Pool direkt am Meer und Picknickbereich. Ocean Dunes befindet sich am südlichen Ende der Insel entlang South Forest Beach Drive und eine kurze Strecke von Coligny Plaza und Coligny Beach Park. Das Ocean Dunes Komplex ist ein Anwesen direkt am Meer, das etwa 70 Meter vom Meer entfernt ist. Zusätzlich zu den Pools haben unsere Gäste einen kostenlosen WLAN-Internetzugang und Zugang zum Players Club Fitness Center, das über eine komplette Trainingseinrichtung und einen beheizten Innenpool verfügt. . The condo is SMALL. We were only there for 4 nights (2 adults, 2 kids) but it was tight. Also, it is very old. Air conditioning units are attached to each room. There is no laundry in the unit but there is coin laundry down the hall which we don’t realize before we booked. The pool was nice for the kids and it was easy beach access. Next time, I will pay more for a nicer and larger place. Also, randomly, they didn’t provide a broom or vacuum, so we couldn’t sweep up all the sand the kids dragged in from the beach.

Location was nice, close enough to walk to town but quiet. The mattresses were comfortable. The kitchen had adequate cooking pots and pans and utensils. The air conditioning kicked on and off frequently so we had to just turn it off. The sheets were rough and stiff. We had a later check out, but even without a late check out, housekeeping was trying to get in at 9AM.

Wonderful Time

Stayed with the family and had a wonderful time at the condo. Apartment was very clean when we got there and check in was easy. Loved the proximity to entertainment and being right at the beach was priceless!

Reviewer Comments: I don't want to bash the place, it's not terrible, just nothing fantastic, I should have thought it out more before renting that small of a place. It's small,no place to store food or eat as a family, outside patio not swept, outside furniture is uncomfortable. Lots of noise in hallways, Floorplan not great. Beach was fine, kids had fun.

Nice place to stay

We enjoyed our time in this unit but wouldn't likely come back to this particular condo. The unit was equipped with all the basics but not much else. I know we went there for the pool and beach but was disappointed with very small TV's in both the bedroom and family room. Despite having plenty of space, they only have a full / queen in the master bedroom which seemed quite small for my wife and I. The 2nd bedroom is tiny and has 2 twin beds with barely enough room to walk by. There's very little storage in the kitchen. On the positive side, the unit's pool was heated (Critical for a spring vacation) and the beach was less than 100 yards away.

Very nice location. Just a 15 minute walk to Coligny Park and shopping area. Overall the facility and grounds are well maintained. The pool, although a bit small, is heated and kept clean. Very short walk to the beach with an access path by the pool. The view was perfect; you could sit on the deck with a cup of coffee and enjoy the sound of the waves. Our condo was VERY damp and had a musty smell that could not be ignored. I would really recommend a dehumidifier to protect the furniture and fabrics. Everything was damp ALL the time. Towels don’t dry hanging on the racks. However, It was clean when we arrived and had plenty of utensils and dishes in the kitchen and there were games and books available for visitors. Strangely enough we didn’t experience the usual hodgepodge of leftover supplies that guest leave when visiting like salt & pepper shakers. So that was disappointing but not the end of the world Also would have loved to have had access to a couple of beach chairs so that we didn’t need to rent of buy them. The musty smell is makes it a 4 star and given the option I would have probably rated this a 3.5 star.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First time using the company/condo. We have stayed in another unit multiple times. This is a great location for us and overall a pretty good experience. There were a couple of issues that could be improved. 2 Garage bags is weak. Even went to office to get 1 more and was denied. No cutting board. Major leak in 2nd bedroom that was resolved the next day. Fit and Finish was ok but not great. Also ... pool area was a mess due to landscape maintenance. The Maintenance was done on Friday and should be good following week.

Perfect beach condo for families

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time at Ocean Dunes- this condo was perfect size for our family. I hope to be able to book it again for next Summer. It had everything we needed. I would make a few recommendations- maybe a larger wall mounted tv in the living room- and the twin bedroom tv, the audio is broken, so it should be replaced. The house keepers should use vinegar or CLR to clean the soap film off both shower doors- and clean the baseboards as well. I’m only pointing this out because we own a VRBO as well, and I would want to know if some things could use a little more attention. I always love working with Vacation Time of Hilton Head too. Thanks for a great week.

It was lovely as usual, but there is a lot of construction going on during our stay. We have found out that they are in the process of building a new pool. While the current pool was still open during our stay, the new pool is MUCH smaller and a huge disappointment. The Hilton has purchased the lot next door and is building two huge pools and cabana that this property will not have access to. I don't think we will re-rent for a third time because of this.

Bare bones condo

The place was adequate. I would describe the place as bare bones. We arrived later in the day and the check in process was easy. It was disappointing when we arrived that even though we were on the beach, there were no beach chairs provided, no beach umbrella, no beach towels. We traveled from a far distance, it’s impossible to pack all the things needed. Prior to arriving my messages through VRBO regarding if these items were provided went unanswered. We were provided 2 bath towels per person for the entire week. The unit does not have a washer and dryer and the ones that were down the hall were extremely old and rusting. TV’s never worked throughout our stay. The kitchen had all the necessities. The location was great and very close to the beach.

Thank you for your review. We do not advertise our villas as having beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. although many of the properties do in fact have them. We have great sources for having them delivered to you and of course they are readily available on the beach out front to rent on a daily basis. I checked to see if there was a call to our office regarding the TV's not working and I did not see one. Those are brand new Samsung Smart TV's and anyone at our front desk or in our maintenance department would have been more than happy to get those working for you at any time had we know there was a problem. This villa is having renovations done this winter.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I love the location and have stayed at this complex before. Our condo was not very clean. There were stains on the pillows in the twin bedroom, the balcony was dirty and looked like it had never been swept. The door for the twin bedroom sticks and is very loud to open and shut. The sink in the kitchen seemed to have some issues with the faucet not working properly as well. Overall it was fine but I would probably stay at another unit next time.

Family vacation

I’ll start with the good. Great location, decent view of ocean, and plenty of room for my husband, myself, and my son. Comfortable beds, air conditioning and ceiling fans worked great. TVs allowed several different apps for my son which was nice. Pool is awesome, walk to the beach is minimal. I would stay here again. Some things that were unsatisfactory: this condo is very very minimal. Zero oven mits, so had to wrap a towel around our hand to remove the frozen pizzas- super inconvenient. Brought my own coffee and creamer because property description said coffee maker provided. Although that’s true, there were no coffee filters provided. Super frustrating. After we got there and were getting settled in we noticed our feet were black and covered in sand. There’s no way the floors were mopped, probably only swept. I reached out to the property manager to see if we could have someone come and mop the floors because we couldn’t even get into bed or sit on the couches unless we wiped/dusted our feet off. She messaged me a day later stating they had come and cleaned, but what’s odd is we were in and out of that room so much that day, and had lots of bags and stuff on the floor which clearly hadn’t been moved so I find it hard to believe the floors were mopped. Also never smelt like cleaner. I think someone popped in and did a quick weep through- thus our feet remained black and dirty the entire week. Overall, we’d stay again but hope the things listed above would be fixed.

Every experience that I had with Vacation Time of Hilton Head staff was pleasant and I felt that they went above and beyond to make the process smooth and seamless. The properties condition was nice. I felt like some of the furniture (couch, coffee table, etc..) will need replaced soon but the appliances were in good condition. The balcony view is very nice as well. It was great having 3 air conditioning units (including one in each bedroom).I would definitely recommend this particular unit (304) to a friend or family member, but am unsure of how any other units in the building are kept.Hope this helps!

Hilton Head-My Happy Place

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was my 11 year in HH for the winter and my 3rd staying at Ocean Dunes! My villa was in excellent shape, everything as I expected! Vacation Time staff still has the usual friendly demeanor as always! I’m looking forward to next year already! (And I just got back!)
