Villa ist direkt am Pool mit Zugang vom ersten Stock der Villa. 23 Beach Villas ist 1850 Quadratmeter Meerblick, Pool, auf dem Hof ​​Hof. Diese sehr große Villa wirkt eher wie ein Haus als eine Villa. Neben 3 Schlafzimmern (zwei Hauptschlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Betten) und 3 Badezimmern sowie einer großen Küche und einem Essbereich stehen Ihnen 2 separate Wohnbereiche zur Verfügung (1 im Untergeschoss befindet sich ein Außenschlafzimmer mit Queensize-Bett und 2 Einzelbetten und eine weitere Familiengrube die Küche und der Essbereich). Great spot

This is a perfect spot, I love the way the condos surround a pool and you can always see it because of the full glass wall facing it. My youngest son swam for so long out there. The walk to the beach is short. The condo was super clean and easy to check in.

The microwave broke while we were there and they brought one the same day. The only down side was the beds. They were so hard and uncomfortable my back was killing me all week.

The living room furniture & den furniture were new & not at all what was pictured.. time to update the photos. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed except for pot holders. The location was ideal for my family. The baby pool & big pool were right outside the villa’s back door. The beautiful beach was a 2 minute walk. Jimmy & Michael from Vacation Time rental were very helpful & knowledgeable. They were a pleasure to work with. I will definitely be a return renter.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was close to everything. Steps from the beach. Within walking distance to Coligny. We had an issue with the AC but it was fixed the same day. The only problem was, we had a Condo Association board member come up to us and say “you’re not in Myrtle Beach, you need to take your towels off the balcony or you will be fined”. He was a little harsh, could have asked nicely. We may not stay in this complex again, but definitely this area.

Nice that it is gated, so little traffic. Close enough to walk to restaurants and shops. Loved having super close walk to the beach with small children and just steps from the pool! But this condo definitely needs to be updated. The bed in the lower level room had dead bugs under it and pillows were dirty looking. Upstairs bedrooms were cleaner. LR sofas are worn and Fridge is on its last legs. But great TVs in all the rooms and flooring was new in most of the condo. Overall it was a good place to stay for the week.

The owner takes great pride in maintaining his villa and has replaced the sofa in the downstairs family room and is considering replacing the sofa in the living room. Great Location, Acceptable Accommodations

The location of this property was outstanding. Perfect view of the pool and out the back door and on the beach in 30 seconds. Really close to shops, restaurants and grocery. Small complex that was quiet. The cons of this property - the couches on the main living level are dilapidated. They need to be replaced. A really good deep clean and some touch-ups would make this location a 5 star rating. The condo must have been closed up for a while as it was musty smelling when we arrived. Once we opened up the sliders, all was better. Something to note that wasn't 100% clear in the description -- this condo is 3 levels. If you have anyone that has an issue with stairs, I do not recommend this unit. When you walk in, the laundry room and one bathroom are in the foyer. Go downstairs for a den and bedroom (this is also the access level for the patio & pool). From the foyer, go up 1 set of stairs for the kitchen and living area. From the kitchen, go up another set of stairs for 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Note, the downstairs bedroom & den worked well for having separation of families/generations. This was a plus. The guest that stayed in one of the upstairs bedrooms commented that the mattress was extra firm. Not their preference, but maybe okay for others. The kitchen was nicely equipped with what we needed to prepare meals. The picnic table and patio grill (charcoal) were a nice convenience. The deck/patio chair cushions could use a good cleaning (maybe keep them inside or stored when not in use).

Excellent location to the beach and pool as well as nearby shopping and dining within walking distance. The size of the rental was very accommodating and the space with separate floors was really nice to give the kids and adults their own area. Three full bathrooms was a plus too! Very easy and convenient check in process, had everything we needed, main level entry, and the pool right outside the slider door as well as private beach access for the complex. Very happy with the rental and would definitely recommend!

Big beautiful Villa. Very clean.. Awesome location. Both pools are right out your back door & the beach is a 2 minute walk away. A short 10 minute walk to Coligny Plaza, the Beach Market, and several excellent restaurants. The only negative is there was NO beach chairs or pot holders.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our 3 month snowbird stay. One of our favorite things about this unit is the south facing private balcony. It filled the kitchen and living area with lots of sunlight on the winter afternoons.The unit does require a bit of TLC. The bathrooms were dated (lots of brown/tan tiles), the tub had the hot and cold water lines reversed, The dressers in the top two bedrooms had draws that did not open. These things are not showstoppers. We would recommend this unit to our friends (and we might even stay there next year). The unit has problems but they are minor.The location was great, and Coligny Plaza was a 10 minute walk from this unit.

Now that my family has expanded we moved to Beach Villa and love the location. My grandchildren love the pool and ocean close by plus the rabbits that run @ and soft grass to play on. You could not ask for a more professional and courteous staff plus have meet some nice neighbors that we have seen now over the years. And again the location is close to Coligny and Harbor Town. We will be back!

The place was reasonably clean but we were rushed out by the cleaning staff well before the 11am departure time when they showed up around 9:30/9:45am. Overall we love this complex and with this unit you get a clean and adequate facility. I just wish that certain guests would respect others enjoying the pool by taking their diapered babies to swim in the lovely kiddie pool available specifically for them.

They basically said "sorry" and pushed me out of the line to help the next person.They never got on their computer to see if anything else was available for one night.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family of 4 went to HHI for the first time just for the weekend. Accommodations were made for our late arrival. Location was perfect! Close to the beach and close to the bike trail. Unit was spacious, clean and well-stocked. Could use some updated carpets. Would definitely visit again.

Wonderful mini vacation at Beach Villas with family and friends.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great time and this year no major storms for this Labor Day Holiday. Always friendly professional staff at VTHHI with good suggestions of where to eat and shop locally. We really like staying at Beach Villa and this year was in much better condition and only suggestion would be to do away with the carpet. All was in working order and no complaints. Plan to be back next year and yes would recommend to others.
