Family Paradise Getaway - N. Tampa - Sleeps 12!

This newly renovated family home is a spacious 1800 sq ft with comfortable furnishings and bright light. There is a large dining room and kitchen fully stocked with all supplies necessary to feel at home. Downstairs includes a living room with a very comfortable reclining sectional, as well as one bedroom and bathroom. Upstairs there are the remaining three bedrooms and two bathrooms including a master bedroom suite to truly relax. Pull in a two car garage with washer and dryer to feel at home!
The space
Between dining room and kitchen there is seating available for 12. Kitchen comes fully stocked with all essentials including coffee maker, slow cooker, air fryer, george foreman, stand mixer, electric roaster, and many kitchen gadgets!

The downstairs living room has a very comfortable reclining couch. Mounted smart tv is on a full swivel and tilt mount that can pull out and fully face couch, kitchen, or dining room. Bookshelf of fan favorite games to enjoy including a poker set and folding poker table are located beneath the tv.

The patio is accessible by french doors through the kitchen and living room.

Patio has seating for 16 and offers an outdoor kitchen with gas grill, sink, mini-fridge, and wine fridge. The large yard and pool will give you hours of family fun!
***Please note that pool in NOT heated and typically comfortable enough for use early May through October.

Master bedroom includes king size bed, small desk or vanity, large closet, and full bathroom including his and her sinks and walk in shower with dual shower heads.

Hall bathroom shared by two spare rooms with bathtub.

Spare Room 1 includes a queen bed and smart TV.
Spare Room 2 includes two sets of bunk beds (4 twin beds)

Downstairs there is a bedroom that includes a queen bed and double bed as well as large closet.

Downstairs bathroom is a walk in shower.

Each bedroom includes a ceiling fan with light and closet.

There is a community park .4 miles away that includes a playground, walking trail, tennis courts, basketball courts, and baseball field that you may feel free to use!
