Enjoy the entire top floor (with only 3 condos below you) for a quiet, spacious and family-friendly space. The view is spectacular so you can enjoy a week on one of the most beautiful beaches. Guests love the top floor for the privacy and quietness. Jump on the elevator and you are at your door! The newly renovated kitchen comes equipped with everything you could need from making coffee to a five-course meal. Your balcony sits perfectly in line with the sunset on 30A. You'll be able to enjoy the magnificent sunset every evening. You'll also have the best view of the largest lagoon style pool on 30A!

The luxurious, large master bedroom features a king bed, TV, desk, large closet and a huge master bath. The master bath has a walk-in shower, separate jetted tub and two sinks. The 2nd bedroom features a king bed, TV, private bathroom, and private balcony with two chairs. The 3rd bedroom has two full beds, large TV, and closet, and the 4th bedroom has a queen bed, large TV, and closet. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms share a full bath. The 4th bedroom also has it’s own private balcony!

The home was remodeled in 2023 with a new modern kitchen, hardwood floors throughout, and professionally designed.

SweetCaroline30A provides exceptionally clean accommodations. The cleaning crew is named 'Touch of Excellence!'

BEACH ACCESS:
A private community beach awaits you in less than 5 minutes. This 0.3-mile beautiful walk is just through the neighborhood and into a white sandy beach oasis.

Bring your own chairs or umbrella or rent them through the on-site Seas the Day Beach Service.

From March through October, the Seacrest Tram service offers transportation to and from the designated tram stops in the neighborhood to the beach or the Lagoon pool. Simply walk out the front door go to the tram stop at the corner and then call for pickup. The tram will arrive within fifteen minutes. The tram starts running every day at 9:00 AM and the last pickup from the beach is 5:30 PM seven days a week.


POOL ACCESS:
You’re in for a treat because Seacrest Beach has the largest lagoon-style pool on 30A and it’s right in our back yard! The pool also features an excellent Seacrest Beach Café for your favorite drinks and food including seafood baskets, chicken fingers, burgers, sandwiches, smoothies, and a kids menu.


COMMUNITY:
Leave your car parked for the week because you can walk to Starbucks, local coffee shops, markets, and an amazing variety of restaurants. With a beautiful walk or short bike ride, you can explore dozens of shops and eateries in Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach within minutes! The areas of Seacrest, Rosemary, and Alys host community events all throughout the year such as songwriters festivals, wine tastings, pet parades, and more!

The Seacrest Beach community features Peddlers 30A where you can conveniently rent adult and kids bikes to cruise along 30A and explore new shops and restaurants.

30A has some talented local musicians that play live, free shows on the weekends in the Seacrest community hub. Complimentary chairs, a fire pit and covered pavilions allow you to relax and enjoy the live music while you sip on tasty beverages as dine al fresca at the converted shops. Seacrest has a sundry shop for basic necessities.
