Welcome to Sea Sanctuary, a luxurious third-floor condo in Seacrest Beach. This spacious, 1,800 sq. ft. condo occupies the entire third floor and features an elevator for easy access. With 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, Sea Sanctuary is the perfect getaway for multiple families or groups, offering plenty of space and modern amenities.

Enjoy access to a massive 12,000 sq. ft. tropical pool. Relax and unwind on any of the three private balconies, the first balcony offering a spacious area for dining and lounging while overlooking the pool. The second balcony provides a small ocean view, perfect for watching the sunset, while the third balcony is ideal for sipping your morning coffee at the cozy cafe table.

The unit was amazing and the staff helped us secure our rental bikes. It was so close to the beach (definitely walkable) and the trams made it easy if you had beach chairs to bring. The only negative was that the pool was frigid! The ocean was warmer and beautiful so it didn't bother us (just bothered my 6yo). I asked the attendants about it and they said it is heated by the sun. The pool grill was great for lunch and drinks. Overall would highly recommend!

Loved it!

Great location! Walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the beach. We also enjoyed renting bikes for a day that was also walking distance from the condo. My family and I loved the place! We also enjoyed the porch and how it looks out to the pool.

The check in and move out were easy. The condo was very nice. The tubs and floors were not clean but the staff came and cleaned right away. The condo could use a few more sets of cutlery. The condo area was really nice. The downfall overall were all the rules that restricted doing things both at the pool and beach.

This was a great location!

Rebecca was wonderful to work with! The property was very clean and easily accessible to the beach (tram stop was right outside our condo), a quick walk to the shops and restaraunts at Seacrest, and the pool was just steps from the condo. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back!

Lovely condo with plenty of space and great location!

We enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to go back! The property was in a great location for bike rentals and within walking distance to restaurants. It was decorated beautifully and had everything we needed. We only had four people, but there was plenty of space for a larger family..

Lovely Stay

We were thrilled with the property. It was reasonably priced and well maintained. The 2 master bedrooms worked really well for sharing the space with another family. The decks were fantastic! The property was conveniently located to the pool and short walk to the beach. The pool wasn't heated, so we didn't get to swim very much at all (we went Mid-April for spring break) so that will be a consideration for future travel. We were a short walk to restaurants, bars, and other fun and family friendly activities. Overall a great stay!

Perfect Location on 30A

Unit is exactly as pictured with plenty of space and a beautiful open kitchen that overlooks the pool. Communication with the owner was very easy and an app guidebook is provided before check in to help with the information on the local area, check in, check out. Everyone enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful space!

We thoroughly enjoyed this space. It was spacious and had all the comforts of home, once we went and purchased groceries for the week. Lovely community with plenty to do. Perfect for 7 adults.

Excellent location

Excellent location, close to an easy access to the beach and wonderful community pool which is right behind the condo. Felt very safe with four teenage daughters running around on their bikes and walking on foot to all the different shops and restaurants.. Plenty of bedrooms and plenty of sleeping options. Highly recommend
