Diese drei Ebene Stadthaus ist so vollständig, könnte man denken, Sie zu Hause waren. Geben Sie in das geräumige Wohnbereich mit Küche, Essbereich und Wohnbereich. Kochen Sie Ihr Lieblingsessen in der gut ausgestatteten Küche und servieren es am Esstisch mit Platz für sechs bis acht. Vier weitere Sitze sind an der Küchentheke in der Nähe von zur Verfügung. Im Wohnbereich vor dem Holzofen Kamin entspannen oder Flachbild-HDTV mit Blueray DVD und Google Chrome. Für die Sommersaison wurde im Wohnbereich eine Klimaanlage eingebaut. Auch auf der Eingangsebene finden Sie eine 1/2 Bad, Waschküche und Zugang zum Achterdeck mit einem bewaldeten Ansicht und die Geräusche der East Branch des Pemigewasset Fluss finden.

Die Treppe hinunter finden Sie einen Aufenthaltsraum mit Flachbildschirm-Fernseher, Tischtennis und Pyramide (Doppel / full) Etagenbett Set finden. Aus dem rec Raum sind zwei Schlafzimmer und ein gemeinsames Vollbad. Eines dieser Schlafzimmer verfügt über zwei Einzelbetten, während die andere ein französisches Bett hält.

Zwei Schlafzimmer mit je einem angeschlossenen voll ausgestattetes Badezimmer befinden sich auf der obersten Ebene des Stadthauses befindet. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein französisches Bett, eine Klimaanlage und eine Smart-Flachbildfernseher. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat auch ein französisches Bett sowie einen Fernseher und eine Klimaanlage.

Während der Sommersaison stellen Sie sicher, ein Bad in der Nähe angeordneten alte Mode-Schwimmen im Fluss Loch zu nehmen oder Zeit an einem der beiden Außenpools verbringen. Die Tennisplätze sind auch in den Sommermonaten zur Verfügung.

Pools und Gerichte können für kurze Zeit durch mechanische oder physikalische Wartung nicht erreichbar sein. Die Nichteinhaltung von Pool- / Gerichtsregeln kann der Zulassung verweigern.

Peaceful Family Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was beautifully decorated, meticulously clean and had everything we needed for our family vacation. The kitchen is well stocked and carefully thought out and even included a Keurig for our morning coffee. There is a large dining area that can fit everyone at the table as well as counter stools for additional seating. The TV area is very comfortable and seats a large family for movies and relaxation after a day of vacation fun. There are soooo many beds! This house has enough beds for any configuration of family(families)! With the 3 full baths, no one had to wait in line for a bathroom and every family member was happy. One of my favorite and most memorable parts of this condo is the outdoor deck area. When you open the sliding glass door and step onto the deck, you have a beautiful and peaceful woodland view and you hear the soft, soothing sound of the Pemi River in the distance.I would highly recommend this condo to any family who would like to escape the hectic pace of weekday life and find a peaceful retreat that is minutes away from hiking, biking, swimming, or great dining.

Perfect Mountain and River Getaway

Plenty of space, clean and the kids loved the added bonus of having a ping pong table. There’s a nice path with stairs down to the wonderful heated pool. It’s always a pleasure working with the Loon Reservation Service. We’re looking forward to returning next year.

Relax on the Pemi!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This Townhouse is very spacious. Our group included 7 adults and 1 child. Loved that there were 3 full bathrooms and 1 half on main level. Kitchen provided updated appliances. Be sure to bring all your own spices, coffee, filters, etc. Laundry room conveniently located on main level. The townhouse was clean and furniture was in good shape. Just a couple mentions that would make rental much better:the mattresses on the queen beds, owner should consider replacing them. Also, the matress pads and sheets did not fit tight...would invest in deep pocket sheets/pad. Lastly, an A/C unit on lower level is needed when temps are high.Fans were provided. Overall we were very satisfied. Great place for a large group, conveniently located just outside of Lincoln...very peaceful unlike all the high rise places in town. Great paved walking path across the street that goes into Lincoln. Access to the river/Lady Bathtub,tennis courts and pools just footsteps away.

Perfect place for families!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: One of the best places we have stayed at! Plenty of room for the adults and kids to spread out. The unit was clean and well maintained. The ACs upstairs and in the living room kept the unit comfortable to sleep in especially during a few hot days. It is in a great location - one of the pools and a natural swimming hole was just a short walk even for young kids. It was a quick drive to the downtown area - it is walkable, but you have to use the main road. Also, less than an hour drive to Story Land and tubing on the Saco River. Whale's Tale waterpark is just ten minutes away. We called the owner/manager a few times with questions and they were always very helpful and friendly. This property is great for families and would highly recommend it for those looking to explore the area.

This place has everything you need for a wonderful getaway. Plus it is very close to a lot of local attractions. The little walk through the woods to the Pemi River was fun for all! Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely LARGE townhouse

Well equipped, comfortable home. A few very small issues - couch has some serious low spots. We made a joke of helping each other off it. A bit more attention could be paid to the cleaning: cobwebs and dust were thick on more than one surface. It took us all week to locate the potholders! Recommend they find a way to keep the dehumidifier running more of the time as the basement gets a musty smell that improves the longer you use it. It was so nice to have the ping pong table, the kids loved it. The location is beautiful, but wish a pool were a little closer (not too bad, we found a walking path through the woods). Beds were comfortable. Space appreciated with so many family members. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home.

Rainy, humid days in New Hampshire

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was very good. We only got three chances to use a pool and two mornings to do outdoor activities. The townhouse was adequate for 9 of us, however it was very hot and humid. We would not recommend this property specifically for two reasons: Only the two upstairs bedrooms were air-conditioned. Also the sectional couch was very uncomfortable. And we found a mole in the basement! Very hot and humid in 2 bottom floors. Not a comfortable vacation.
